Lovely stay. Centrally located. Value for money. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic property - really spick and span. Lots of room - easy access , bathroom upgrade was superb. great support via help desk phone. I had some comms issues on my end and with the late arrival (jetstar :( ) and the phone support was quick and effective - even at that late hour.

It was lovely clean accomodation. Great price. Hard to spot at night as the sign was hard to read.

Close to local amenities. Walkable distance to town. Reasonably quiet position.

Property was comfy and a good location. Supplies of tea and coffee but no milk .One small cake of soap only supplied .

The property and furniture was very tired looking. Owner didn't respond to a text saying internet not working.I called 4 hours later and then reset myself but still very slow internet. Mould in bathroom tiles. Good location .

The apartment was great, just had problems with communicating with managers regarding the foldout bed that was locked so we couldn't use it.

Really pleased with the location -accessibility to shops and parks was really good. Able to walk to the areas we were interested in. Excellent and efficient communication. Would certainly be the first place l would look to stay at again.

The apartment is well maintained and easily accessed even on foot. There are small little things that need to be improved on housekeeping. There was no washing powder replenished, extra rubbish bag wasn't provided during my 3-day stay, no tea bag was provided but i saw there are stock inside the garage. However these little things didn't impact my enjoyable stay though.

Good location, very close the the CBD, and the facilities and equipment provided were good. A few maintenance issues to be dealt with, but I notified the owner and they were fixed promptly.

On first impressions, the apartment was very nice and modern and seemed in good condition. However after staying there and actually using the property there were a few issues. The main and most obvious one was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. Unknown about the source but on closer inspection there was obvious signs of mould on the ceiling so the smell was possibly damp. This smell wouldn’t go away no matter how many doors or windows we left open. Other minor issues were the sofa and coffee table. Again, initially aesthetically pleasing but the coffee table was either broken or a poor design as the legs were all loose and this made the surface uneven not such an extent that you couldn’t trust putting a drink on the table without fear of it spilling. The sofa was not practical as you had to keep adjusting the seat every so often because the seat kept on slipping away from the base. The location however was great with plenty of food options for anytime of the day all within walking distance.

CBD Apartments are in a great position, and are very comfortable and clean. Alex and Bec are helpful and clear communicators.

Such a good location and apartment!! So close to the main streets, restaurant and shops!! The apartment is great, so much room to move, so comfortable and after a long day exploring they have free WiFi and Netflix!! I loved spending my time here, looking forward to my next trip, I will definitely be staying here again!! Thankyou for such a great week!!

We stayed 2 nights and apart from initially not being able to find the power switch for the cooktop, a quick call to the owner quickly rectified that. Its located in the centre of the double power point to the right of the cooktop. Marked Hob. Touch pad combination entry lock makes for easy entry and departure. No fiddly key safes to unlock. The unit was very clean and tidy and the bed and bedding was excellent. A very enjoyable stay.
