Loved the quality of the decor and furnishings! Beautiful location!

The house was absolutely gorgeous!! Very clean, and spacious. Perfect for our girls trip. Room enough for us to chit chat all together, or spend time alone reflecting on life. It was centrally located to all our excursions, and just simply perfect. I have zero complaints and would definitely come back again as well as refer to others.

We had a wonderful time and many marvelous adventures!! We stayed over the July 4th! The home was beautifully located for fireworks , we simply watched from the driveway! Perfect view! The parade in Monument Colorado was awesome too!

Highly recommend this house if you are attending any events at USAFA. The location is perfect. The house is great for a large family. The amenities are nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, it was a nice experience but just remembering that there was a dead rabbit in the backyard, the cleanliness of the place and the difficult Wi-Fi makes me roll my eyes. For almost $3000 for 4 days and there’s still problems. Unacceptable. It hadn’t been 24 hours later till I noticed a bunch of dust, dirt, and dog hair sticking to my socks. I brought my dog there, but my dog has white, short, and curly hair. He doesn’t shed too much and not in that short amount of time. The white hair was straight and long. It could not have been my dog. Also, when my dog was there, he found the dead rabbit in the backyard behind the entrance to the game room. I messaged the company and they, at first, had the audacity to have me clean up the dead rabbit. Later on, another message from the company said that a man will come to get rid of the rabbit. The problem was resolved in 24 hours. It was very much appreciated. Lastly, on the first night, my guests were having trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. The company had my guests restart the Wi-Fi. It was resolved. I texted them from the app and even at midnight, they were still there. 3.5/5 stars for customer service. The dead rabbit conversation knocked them down a few points. Would I go there again? Yes, but I’ll ask them to do a thorough check of the entire property before booking again.

Beautiful clean and comfortable house for our family gathering!

By far one of the best experiences we’ve had. The house is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals but we were also surrounded by great places to eat and drink. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. We will definitely be back soon!

Excellent.

We loved the home. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Beautiful neighborhood. Everything was perfect. Sarah was very helpful. The kitchen was a little under stocked with cooking utensils. It would probably be ok for an average stay, but we hosted local family for Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner at the home, so had to purchase quite a bit to make it happen. The pellet grill was very nice and the spa was relaxing, especially in the snow. We would definitely stay at the home again during our next visit with family.

We loved this home. It was spacious, clean, lots of towels, comfortable beds and it had a taller garage to fit my car with suitcases on top. Our dogs loved the yard, it’s a good size back yard. We would definitely stay here again .
