Very nice location! Bed was a little hard to get in and out of! Breakfast was ok!

Found the room, staff & location excellent. Would definitely recommend & maybe English tv channels, mirror in actual room & more clothes hangers.

Excellent option when in Verona, very well located, great conditions.

They turned off the air conditioning and room became too warm. The only way to keep a reasonable inside temperature was by opening he windows which thenbecame very noisy.

This hotel is walkable to everything you want to see in Verona! The room felt like a luxury spa! Easy check-in and friendly staff! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Convenient and practical

Convenient location, close proximity to the main tourist attractions. Staff were pleasant. Check in is at the hotel across the road.

The location is very good, 5 minutes to Arena. Just behind the building is a garage which costs 20 EUR/day. The room is new, clean and very comfortable. We would definetly stay again.

The room was clean and lots of room. At check in the staff was very helpful gave us a map and overview of where to go, what’s happening. Helped us with bags etc. made us feel very welcomed.

Verona is a great place to visit many surprises very clean city and very busy. Would highly recommend visiting if in the region.

This was a great room. The bathroom was amazing, huge tub, 2 sinks and two showers. Definitely a nice room. The blinds were blackout blinds. Great for a good sleep.

Great location in Verona and excellent service from the whole team.Rooms are fabulous.

It is just outside the old city gate. Easy walking with a lot of options for dining and shopping.

Check in was in a different building and no parking in site

The hotel itself was lovely and we loved the blackout blinds. Only thing it was quite noisy outside on the street. Staff were polite and we could leave our luggage! Would recommend for a short stay

Nice suite! Very spacious. Love the bathroom! But too much noise from the main Street as the room we stayed in was facing the main street and parking lot.

Shower was broken, water went everywhere. Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was dark with no natural lighting, so difficult to do get ready in.

Perfect location in Verona with a short walking distance to everything. Comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was simple but very good. Would love to stay here again!

It's across the road from the main hotel. Ground floor are offices. Security is quite good for the building. Breakfast is in main hotel and is ok but not great. Room was nice quite modern, beds were comfortable. Shower worked well and plenty of hot water. Our room over looked a car park. Hotel reception was helpful and you can leave luggage. Fine just for a couple of nights.

The best location. No shelves in the bathroom to leave anything. The bed platform designed too large and the same colour as the floor so very easy to trip over it or injure yourself especially at night. No air conditioning at Breakfast Lounge. The above mentioned issues are not in line with this 4 star hotel.

It took a long time find the property as there is no sign. Check- in is across the street - it was only mentioned in small print at the bottom of the booking details. No help with parking or carrying bags back to the residence itself. The room was large and clean, but missing a bath towel. The hotel needs to send a direct clear message to customers explaining all the details prior to arrival, even if booked through Expedia in order to manage expectations. Otherwise the whole experience was very frustrating. There is lots of better options in Verona.

It was an apartment building converted to hotel rooms with no lobby or hotel services. Does not qualify as a hotel. The hotel part was across the street. Remove this as a hotel.

Great central location. Very comfortable and clean room with good A/C which was really needed. Only minor niggle was that bathroom door didn't shut properly.

Incredible design! Best bathroom ever !!!!!!!!!!!!

The building itself is quite majestic, the rooms are private and quite 'hear-proof' compared with others we've stayed in. The bedroom and bathroom are both spacious and very clean. The toiletries were good quality. I liked the coffee machine in the room but you were only given one pod each per day and there was no way to make any other sort of hot drink; I missed my tea. :0( The fridge is welcome although it did not chill drinks very well. The pillows could have been less resilient. The wooden edging around the bed looks good, is a useful shelf but do I have the bruises! We do understand that we were in the middle of a city, work needs to be done, people need air conditioning etc but the constant noise of the fans, generators, and when they are there, the builders, did mean shut windows and the A/C on (adding to the noise no doubt). We live in the country so it was a change. I would have liked the option of having more to drink and choosing a light breakfast as neither of us can cope with a 'rich' breakfast that is optional.

Would definitely stay here again.
