The room smelled very clean and fresh! Breakfast was great too. One major problem, we found a cockroach in our bathroom, we were on the 7th floor. Yikes!! The flooring in the room was breaking and the cracks were sharp on bare feet.

The hotel is fairly new and looks nice. The rooms are fairly spacious. Parking is extremely limited. Our previous visit wasn’t great but I thought we’d try again since the location was where we needed to be. We arrived very late at night and had a hard time getting into our room. In the morning the sheets looked a little dirty which didn’t make me feel great. We went to breakfast and the experience was horrible. The employee was rude, yelling at me as soon as she greeted me (which took 15 minutes). I asked for OJ and she brought me coffee. I told her I ordered OJ and she said something rude. She told me to help myself to food and when I told her the food was empty, she said she would get some (in a very mean way), we thanked her which she didn’t acknowledge. when she brought the food she stopped at the person behind me in line and thanked them for being kind and not rude. The lady was confused why she said that which I told her it was a passive aggressive move meant for me. It is crazy to me that someone working in the service industry could treat people this way. There are too many choices, especially in this area. I am canceling our future stays here and finding something better where they appreciate me spending my hard earned money on their business.

It was good. Staff was very friendly and efficient. I loved that the bed and pillows were firm enough for for back. Just a great stay over-all

As many other travelers have reviewed, the $15 parking is annoying and hard to justify. Otherwise it is a good hotel. The breakfast is impressive. It's close to the airport, but we didn't hear the air traffic at all.

The hotel is new but it’s not clean. Washroom has so many hair on the floor. Overall the room is dusty.

This was a great place to stay. Close to the airport, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and surprisingly good breakfast buffet. Plan to make this my regular stay when we're in town.

Very nice hotel. Updated, clean, comfortable and quiet. Has a pretty good complimentary buffet breakfast in the morning. Has bar area in evening and a cafe as well that sells coffee and small bites for morning time. Close to airport.

The tv in the breakfast bar could be changed to CNN or FOX news channels. Some kind of news station instead of a infomercial. Enjoyed the FD agents at checkin. Air conditioning units are very load.

Everything was good other than the breakfast buffet. We went during the morning and it was busy. We were seated but no drinks was offered when it is included until we asked another server. Also there was a server there, she greeted other guest but she walk by us without asking us if we need anything.

We’ve stayed here before and will again. Great upscale place that’s very convenient for shopping dining! Very comfortable

Free breakfast? Not at all. The lineup for breakfast was so long it was a 2 hour wait. We didn't get to eat breakfast at all and it was an extra expense to buy breakfast everyday. This was not part of our budget.

I was here with my family for a funeral service. The front desk staff is amazing, the property is well appointed with amenities and clean rooms. The biggest issue, and I think you see this across the reviews is the complimentary breakfast staff. They are extremely rude, impatient, and not empathetic. They almost caused me and my family to miss our funeral service. Not once (day of viewing) but twice (burial). The new general manager is attentive and tries to his best to remediate his staff’s bad attitudes, but it’s pretty apparent this is the hotel’s only and main gripe with guests. I would recommend taking the voucher and getting it to go at the adjacent cafe next to front desk. I also recommend to the hotel owner and GM, please just remove the formal sit down and replace it with pick and go style Continental breakfast. So much more efficient and you can probably even reduce labor costs. May just offset food waste, but a lot better than dealing with staff that honestly could care less about being in the hospitality business. I’d stay here again, but would only due it on business or where I can skip breakfast. If you have kids… stay somewhere else.

There’s parking but you have to pay a total of $18.77 per day. It’s ridiculous. Breakfast is ordinary, nothing special.

It was a convenient choice.

We had two rooms booked. We let the hotel know we would be checking in late and they were quick to respond and let us know that was fine they have a desk person on all night. The reception was not very friendly. We had booked a few months in advance but had rooms in two different floors. The fourth room was so loud that those in our party got no sleep. The 11th floor was quiet. Both beds were very comfy. There were several stains on the wall in the 11th floor bathroom. The chair in the room was pretty beat up. Good late noon check out time. We didn’t get to try the breakfast vouchers but they were good until 10am, which was nice.
