Bed was comfortable but pillows flattened down to nothing once you laid on them and they were only standard pillows on a king sized bed. I was told I could not get a receipt because I booked thru Hotels.com. I never had a problem before getting a receipt.

I had carbon monoxide leak and had to evacuate my home on sort notice. Randomly chose here and am so glad I did. Stayed two nights b/c I enjoyed it so much.

First night there was no internet. Second night there was no tv or internet. Third third day the housekeeper turned off the master electrical switch in my special needs son room. Caused a trip there to figure it out.

Sarah at the bar was amazing!!!! Other than that, we had a pretty awful time. First night we ended up moving rooms at 1AM after we found mold and bugs all over the shower, the sink made an awful loud and annoying sound every time it was turned on (happened in the second room as well), the door to our room didn’t open, and the room was filthy and smelly. It looked like a workers room for the night.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff member at check-in was extremely helpful and friendly. She also helped us when we had issues with the key card not working- she was wonderful!

Absolutely loved my stay here. The front desk staff are beyond kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and not a spec of dust anywhere. Bathroom was clean and neat. Overall a very clean place to stay, price was amazing and the atmosphere topped it off. The little bar and dining area was very cute as well. Lots of parking which I liked. You’re around so many good food spots and things to do. I definitely recommend going to Churchill Downs as it’s maybe an hour away from the hotel. So historic and beautiful.

Our visit was bumpy at the start. The check-in equipment was incredibly slow and malfunctioning. With two people in front of me it took nearly 15 minutes to get checked in. I found it a little befuddling that the clerk loudly declared that three consecutive customers had their credit cards declined. I didn’t understand this comment in that all the cards were approved seconds later. I guess this could be attributed to the equipment malfunction.
I found the common areas needed cleaning, especially, the inside of the elevators doors.
The room cleanliness was satisfactory.

We checked in around 7 pm due to things ran late at a medical appointment. I asked if we could get a room without a long walk due to difficulty walking. The lady at the front desk went out of her way to help. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I car recommend this hotel with no hesitation.

Came in late but check-in was swift. Not my first rodeo. Now, room 506 has a major issue: possible mold. The bright LED light from the microwave facing towards the bed was really bright. It didn’t occur to me to cover it. The pool area is huge, but the water was foggy and warm (which it was nice). Tried to swim the next morning but didn’t get the chance since it was getting close to check-out time. In addition, the pool was still foggy when I went it was still closed an hour after it supposed to open. Overall, the stay was a bit rough.
