Would recommend for a quiet getaway

I am just now leaving this hotel from a three night stay. The staff is amazing. The room met my expectations for the most part. It was smaller than i thought but no problem. Note that there is no ice machine in the facility. We paid like 3 usd for a bag of ice. Up until check out; we were ready to come back. We feel we were more than generous with the staff during our stay, we were respectful of the facilities, we abided by the rules. On the second morning of our trip the cleaning lady asked me if I needed room service. I said no thank you but did ask for more towels. She asked me for the dirty ones in order to give me more. She literally gave me the amount and sizes of towels I gave her. I get it, no problem but I did note it. I gave her one facial wash cloth and two bath towels. So at check out the day later, the man at reception tells us that there's a note on our paperwork to charge us for one facial towel and a bath towel. I enquired why we would be charged and he said maybe because they're stained. I said yes, I know the facial towel was stained because since it's a facial wash cloth I used it to wash my face! So he concured that the stains were the makeup on the facial wash cloth. At this point I'm pissed because it is not in the rules that you'll be charged if you stain towels with makeup. I'm not even sure if the large towel had any stains but the facial wash cloth did. It's a wash cloth! So he charged us 15 usd for both towels which we wouldnt even get to take home.

Really loved this place, came for a few days and felt like we were the only ones there, maybe we were. Regardless, we had the best time, the employees were super friendly and helpful. We spent a good amount of time at the pool and they have a bar next to it which is open Friday- Saturday only, at least at the time we were there. They had some cute, friendly dogs at the property which was a nice touch. Our room was nice, with a lovely view. Also, the food at the restaurant, at least for breakfast was so delicious and fresh.

This property provides everything you need. Food options, locality, amenities, and atmosphere. It has the aire of a resort with the comfort and privacy of a spa. I love this property.
Do yourself a favor and stay here for a couple of nights. You will love it. 6 out of 5 stars!

Everything was great just the room was two small for two people. The doors were not safe at all and the bathroom decor fall off constantly. More mirrors needed to embrace the space. Specifically for women who like to she their outfits.

Loved the location of the property. It was super convenient to have a restaurant on site for breakfast every morning. Also loved the hotel dogs.

Everything was great and overall very impressed with the hotel esthetic and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately once we got into our room we realized we couldn’t shower and had no warm/ hot water in the room to shower or in the sink to wash hands. The front desk was also not in communication with the bar and restaurant as they told us very different times as far as the time each opened and closed.

We stayed at La Cima for an evening after spending the day with our family in Valle. The views from the front rooms were stunning! Traveling with a toddler makes things interesting and there were plenty of things to keep our two year old occupied from green grass areas, star gazing on the patio and the play area near the entrance! We will definitely be returning!

The property was very clean, and quiet. We had a great breakfast at there. The best part was the bartender Alex, he was friendly very attentive and made great drinks. I will definitely be back.

Me and my friends stayed here for a weekend and absolutely loved it. The staff was attentive and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. There were also the sweetest golden retrievers lounging about, very cute.

The hotel was better than we expected. Modern and well maintained. Food was great at their restaurant “Diguiso”….we’ll definitely recommend this place.

We spent two nights in their largest room which featured a generous living area and 3 bedrooms. The living room lacks a TV. The bedrooms vary in size and amenities so they are not equal. We had to draw straws and I ended up with the smallest one. Here are the issues with this specific room. The toilet smells like rotten eggs and despite maintenance fixing it one night the smell came back a few hours later. By the second night it was unbearable. The water pressure in the small room was non existent to the point that it wasn’t enough to rinse off shampoo or body wash. The lock on the door was broken or not aligned properly as was the dead bolt on the main door. There were no tissues in the entire 3 bedroom property and no plugs to charge phone on one side of the bed. Each room only had one robe even though the beds were king and queen meant for two people. The overall quality of the finishes and furniture was cheap. No prices on the snacks and water. Charged for things we didn’t eat and drink.
The area is quite and safe and the staff is friendly. The 5 large dogs on the property are adorable.
There is a game area as well as a small pool and a nice restaurant. The gym is laughable. Shouldn’t be called a gym. Our friends stayed in one of the individual rooms and it’s fine but very small. This is not a high end property so adjust your expectations accordingly.
