I had a really lovely stay. I had a very spacious and comfortable room with en suite shower room. Breakfast was included which was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the beachfront.

The hosts were the most welcoming and couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was made to perfection. Room was clean and big and didn't hear any noise from other guests. Would definitely stay here agai

The couple running it were very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The room had broken furniture and shower frame had black mold in it. The breakfast wasn’t nice. We went out the next day for breakfast.

Occasionally use the hotel for 1 night stays due to work. It’s in a great location, free parking and offer a good breakfast. Staff were really helpful and flexible with my checkin time, which was much appreciated, Thankyou

My stay at the Berry exceeded my expectations; being a wonderful place to stay overnight for me. The welcome was warm and friendly. Room 15 was on the top floor and was well-appointed with all you would require for a night away from home. This single room benefited from a queen-sized bed which was so comfortable and topped with a superb fluffy duvet and fabulous pillows all aiding a great night's sleep. The television and Wi-Fi were more than adequate. The part en suite shower room (the basin was in the main room) was newly refurbished and had a marvellous powerful shower yet one of the only disappointments was the terrible sandpaper-like old towels. Breakfast was nice, cooked marvellously and just enough to set you up for the day ahead. All in all, it is a brilliant place to stay close to the beach, the town centre and the public transport hub.

Stayed for 3 nights, bed was very comfortable and room was clean but nothing was made up after that, bins not emptied or beds made, seagulls in the loft made for difficult nights as we were on the top floor, very good breakfast, if we stay there again it would be on the floor below

One night stay. No problem with parking and breakfast good. Would definitely stay here again but would ask for first floor room as no lift but very good value 😊

Owners were very friendly, bed was comfortable, nice breakfast and the hotel was close to all amenities including buses and trains.

Lovely presented rooms,really clean and spacious,really comfy beds and especially pillows so comfy , delicious breakfast. I think only little bit of feedback was when we were checking in , was just a little bit of lack of information,i.e what time was breakfast where it was,and we didn't get showed to the room, but at breakfast the hosts were fantastic so welcoming and helpful and attentive. Overall would definitely stay here again

Warm and friendly hosts. We stayed just for one night visiting Paignton for a family celebration. We had a nice sized room. It was clean and recently refurbished and with new king sized bed. Nice breakfast. Air show was a Brucie bonus!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I couldn't check in until after 3.30 p.m. and I was told breakfast wouldn't be served until 08.30 a.m. On the whole though, pretty good value for £30.08 even though I didn't have a breakfast

Not the best most rooms were being decorated owners were unhelpful the room was clean. The shower was rubbish. And the top floor rooms are flat roof so all night you here birds seagulls running across
