we have stayed here 4 times over the last 13 years. they are always friendly and eager to please. we will stay here again. the pool is great and the location fantastic.

The staff went above and beyond when it came to assistance, advice and friendliness. The location was sublime.

It was the hardest bed I have ever lain upon. I didn’t know you could get such a hard mattress! The chairs in the room (and throughout the hotel) were not designed for rest and relaxation.

the location was amazing. in the heart of the old town. Easy walk to everything. Friendly staff. Room was spacious.

Most uncomfortable bed in Vietnam. All beds in Asia are firm, but this one was hard, lumpy and arched upwards so it was like sleeping on a barrel. The air conditioner was positioned to blow right in your face while laying in bed, and smelled of mushrooms. There was a big frosted window in the bathroom, but no bathroom door so the light from the hall came in the room at night.

Food so bad

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was so delicious with local Vietnamese cuisine.

even though it is a spa, there were no spa facilities available due to only just reopening a couple of months ago. It would have been nice to know that in advance. We were directed to a place far away, but chose several in the surrounding area.

Great location along the river, very walkable to restaurants, the night market and shopping. Great ambiance around the whole property with features like the wooden bridge. The staff were very friendly, especially Minh, who went out of the way to ensure our stay was comfortable and assisted with organizing pickup and drop off to the airport. Bicycles were also available for free use.

The place is close to the ancient town. Clean room and facilities. Helpful staff. I give them 5 stars. I’ll come back for sure.

Better to have a lift. Challenging for elderly to climb up and down the staircase. Customer service could be better.
