Good location to the airport, the staff were very helpful, breakfast was good!

Pool was lovely

Clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet was lovely. We had diner on 1st night Casulet which was superb. Unfortunately restaurant fully booked for our other 2 nights which was disappointing. Katy on reception was lovely friendly and very helpful. Sat at pool each afternoon for a wine or 2 again thanks to Katy. 15min walk from airport shopping center across the road. 5minute walk to bus that cost 1euro per journey to Carcassonne.

Not getting diner due to a large booking 2 nights. Busy Road next to hotel but very quiet at nighttime. We had a superior room which was at bit of an exaggeration as it was just a basic room no frills.

The staff were lovely and room great - we had two adjoining rooms with a door in the middle that could be open for full family room. That part was brilliant - as a stop over to airport with young kids

My issue is with booking.com. I'm sure I saw £150 for two rooms for one night (airport stay only) with breakfast I ended up with a bill of £213 as breakfast not included. I paid over £60 for a poor continental breakfast. My kids barely ate anything so wasn't justified to be approx £10 a head for a bit of dry bread. There weren't enough bowls at breakfast - so I had a yoghurt and teeny bit omelette - and paid £15 for the priviledge. Thy couldn't call us a taxi as we were too close - so we had to do it and had worry of whether it would arrive on time to get us and our huge load suitcases / car seats and kids to the airport. If I'd have known I'd pay over £210 for one night + there would be a taxi issue - I wouldn't have stayed there. I did it as thought "cheap" and close to airport so should be no stress.

The staff were all very welcoming and wanted to meet all of our needs. Comfortable bed and cosy room. Everything in the room was fully functioning. Great value for money!

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower. A taxi was booked for us the night before but did not turn up - the receptionist told us that the company isn't very professional so we're not too impressed the taxi was booked through them - we ended up having to walk to the airport (thankfully only 20 min walk!)

Excellent bed , duvet and pillows. Very friendly staff. Practical desk and plenty of power sockets. Free WiFi.

Room drinks inadequate. Food not great, but passable. Footpaths to the airport inadequate and dangerous.

Hotel was great value, clean & comfortable. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Located close to airport so suited for pre flight stopover. Lots of shops close by.

Breakfast was ok but expensive. Quite noisy as in busy industrial area.

The staff went the extra mile for us......we were driving through southern France in a bright red FIAT 500 rental car in early December and this little hotel worked great for us. The hotel was almost empty because it was out of season but we got a nice room at a very inexpensive price. Then, the staff got up in the morning and made a lovely breakfast just for us.

Proximity to the airport, dependable , no frills, Kyriad “standard”. Ideal for an overnight before flying.

Location made it difficult to walk to local restaurants, but this is a problem of local infrastructure rather than the hotel itself.
