كل شي حلووو وممتاز لاكن الغرفه اللي انا فيها مزعجه جدََ جداََ واتصلت علا الاستقبال ولم يردون على تلفون ثابتتت ومكالمه جوال ولا قدرت انام لين الساعه 4 فجراََ

الطاقم متعاون و رائع اذكر اسم "الأزهري" الباركينج للسيارة تحت المبني أمن و الجميع متعاونين و ساعدوني في تغيير إطار السيارة الأدوات اللازمة عمال الضيافة و النظافة ودودين و محترفين تم تمديد الإقامة من يوم لخمسة ثم ثلاثة، الفندق قريب من الحرم و لديهم باصات علي مدار 24 ساعة و الموقف أمام التوسعة و عندما تنتهي توسعة الملك عبدالله سيكون الموقف أمام مصلي الحرم مباشرة الرائحة دائما رائعة و النظافة دورية و التعقيم و التعطير علي مدار اليوم مدخل الفندق و ساحته الداخليه به جلسات كثيرة للعائلة و ممتع وجود غرفة بخمس سراير للعائلة كاملة كان امر جميل

اتمني وجود جناح بغرفتين غرفة للأطفال و أخري للوالدين سيكون الأمر رااائع جدا

Worth staying, location is far, bus also drops far. Staff is good especially mr zuhair

Room size; 3 beds don’t fit:

Room service was very good especially Mr Abu Baker (cleaning supervisor) was very cooperative/ outstanding.

Check in took almost 2 hours and my family with small children were tired. My kind request to hotel management to trained the receptionist so they can speedup the process.

Free Parking is Plus , The Shuttle bus is always available to and from Haram. the room service was good and always on the floor . the Rooms and washrooms were clean. lot of shops restaurants are nearby. Overall a recommended place for a stay.

even though it have more than 5 Lifts but it Get crowded during the prayer times.

Close proximity to Masjid Haram.

Bathroom was filthy and smelly. Toilet was difficult to sit on.

The environment was very warm and welcoming. There was a young boy named Zuhair from house keeping and another boy in the second shift. made us feel welcomed. They made sure to accommodate the requests as much as they could.

No microwave in the rooms. Toilets were very small. There are less option for dining out.

Parking and Room Service and Bus Service.

Bus is bit crowded and Bus Station is bit far.

Staff, housekeeping, free parking, free buses to harambee every minute ot was amazing 👏

Cleaning is sufficient, not perfect, location from haram solved by the buses, but you need to walk about 4 min from bus station in a high inclined road. This is the worst part.
