Very good facilities for that price range. Not too big, clean and nice area. Good included breakfast - 5 decent options with fresh juice and fruits - healthy, American, pancakes, Indonesian and continental. Good kitchen in general. It has a spacious common area for meetings if you have a big family to catch up with in the evening. Two swimming pools - the bigger one works till 20 pm, the smaller - non limited. Again - it is not huge as in big hotels, but sufficient for refreshing, light swimming and kid's fun. Calm and not noisy area (accept neighbourhood roster) Rooms are not too big but fairly enough for 2 adults or 2 adults with a kid. We had 2 kinds of rooms - deluxe and standard - the bathroom is the only difference. The size of both rooms is quite similar. Good air conditioning. Good Wi-Fi. Many warungs, massage saloons and shops nearby. The nearby beach (10 min on a walk) is not big and clean. Better to go to Nusa Dua beach by taxi or Gojek.

The two-bedroom pool villa we stayed in was an oasis of tranquility. It is secure and enclosed for privacy, very clean, has a built-in kitchen with cutleries, very good landscaping, and superb taste in terms of decoration. The staff are so helpful, and the manager Ada makes every bit of your stay worth her attention.

Beautifully designed hotel,modern,new,very clean,very nice garden and swimming pool. Good and quiet location,but at the same time at 5min walking distance from the main street with many possibilities to eat.Also walking distance to the beach (you have to go to the right side in order to reach more nice beaches).Personal of the hotel is very nice as well.I strongly recommend this hotel in Nusa Dua.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are the best reason to stay here. Breakfast service is wonderful.

The units/rooms are too close to each other and there is barely any privacy. The bathroom/shower is open ceiling so when it rains or too sunny it can be too hot or too wet. All this we were willing to work with but we needed long term stay. The real issue here is the manager/ host was not professional and responsive. We booked for 2-nights at first and saw that Booking.com showed available for additional nights. At the property all the rooms apparently were overbooked. We needed to stay longer and the manager said they had other properties. The next day the rooms were still available on booking and the manager made the staff tell us we needed to check out even though there were still rooms showing available online.

This property is an extension of the neighbouring Kubu garden property. Opened Oct ‘22. I stay in many hotels through the year. This place was outstanding! Staff super friendly and chatty. Service top notch. Daily clean of the room showed attention to details. Breakfast great. Coffee great. Had dinner twice and was very good both times. Pool good size and refreshing. Gardens well maintained and calming. Proximity of pool and gardens to villas gives that extended personal space dimension with each villa having two outside chairs a table and some screening privacy. Room was spacious and well setup with an open ceiling shower giving the feel of showering in nature. Bed was very comfortable. TV has many cable channels. Wifi was reliable and strong. Breakfast lounge is open plan, overlooking the pool and gardens, spitting distance from each villa. This also doubles up as the lunch/ dinner venue, and general lounging/ working area during the day. The whole place has a very calming and chill vibe. Main Street is 5 min casual walk away, with many good eateries and convenience stores both left and right. Beach is across the road. Couple ATM close by. Easy enough getting Grab and GoJek to take you further afield.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Very clean, beautiful infinite pool, a nice check-in area. Everything was on point. The best of all was the staff. Extremely helpful, friendly, and beyond happy with them. They made us feel at home. The area is a little bit far away from the sea, but it is in a residential area. We were very happy.

Beautiful property nice and close to the beach. With two pools, super comfortable beds and an epic breakfast, this place exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond for me. I arrived at 2am and they had 24-hour check-in and got me to bed very quickly. And they let me hang out all day after I had checked out, while I was waiting for my flight.

Bathroom is open air inside room! uncomfortable idea and not well created. furniture looks weird , local made, unsafely walk beside, mosquitoes are plenty in quantities and no pest control. looks like a home stay, i can not classify them as resort , owner family are around and unfriendly also one of the owners was so rude with staff to shout at them in front of hotel guests.

This place is just amazing! Staff is super friendly,helpful and always with smile. Villa is perfectly clean,white sheets and towels, comfortable beds, kitchen and living room have everything you need.The pool and garden is well maintained.Also breakfast is just delicious, mia goreng was our favourite. Perfect,calm, private place to spend your holidays.

The room was perfect. All the powerpoints at the right places. Very clean. The bed was comfortable. I stayed 2 nights was supplied 2 glassed bottles of water. The decor is outstanding. A great feel to this place, the staff, i would say have been the friendliest I have come across, on my many trips to Bali

the place was nice, cozy and clean. you can eat at restaurant but menu is small. nearby no hood place to eat. No coffee to take away. I travel with mu son so the location, food, and ocean was important for us. but at this location no place to swim. but if to stay in the hotel, all is nice;)

Friendly and exceptional good service from the Manager - Kadek and all staff members. We recommend this beautiful place - Kubu Garden to everyone to visit and stay short or long term.
