The location was excellent, right near the Electric trams. We had a sea view room which was lovely. The room was perfect, with a living room area and bedroom. The bathroom was very big with everything you could need.

Fabulous views, great room, quiet, central, easy.

Very clean and spacious

Clean, well located, excellent view to the Douglas bay. Everything about the room and the building was outstanding. Only a few meters away from the horse and electric trams.

The room was very clean and the location was ideal for our stay visiting family in Onchan with good access to Douglas prom. The no fuss approach to collecting and dropping off of keys suited our needs.

The room was large spacious and spotlessly clean. Lovely view from ground floor window.

They say service is about putting things right if they go wrong, and the host was certainly up to this task. We had an issue on arrival but this was dealt with promptly and sorted out with the hour. The venue, location and quality of the accommodation was first class. Kim was a great host and we would certainly return.

Nothing a great place to spend a week or more on the Isle of Mann central to all the attractions

It could do with breakfast included as there is not a lot of breakfast place in the area

Street parking was easy. Accommodation was quiet and comfortable. Access arrangements were easy. Host dealt quickly with an oversight.

Lack of view and poor natural light. Information re locating venues for breakfast and evening meal would have been helpful.

Kim is a wonderful host. nothing was too much trouble. Room really comfortable and quiet.

Great location great sea views close to tram station

Clean and comfortable enough rooms at a reasonable price, recommended to everyone visiting the Isle of Man! Maybe a bit far from the centre on the map, but it is very convenient with the bus stop right outside. Very good value for money.
