Wow, Venice!! All that I expected and more. This apartment is centrally located yet removed just enough for quiet. The check in was so simple, they were there to meet us at the water taxi, walk us to the apartment and show us everything we needed. Our stay was lovely. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and helped arrange our train station transportation. It was all fabulous. And Venice did not disappoint!

If this flat were properly cleaned, I would have given it a five-star review. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and in the very center of Venice, amidst the shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions, as well as conveniently next to a grocery store. The hosts were also very attentive, having personally met us upon our arrival, and attempting to promptly address our issues and complaints. My issue was with the poor cleaning of the flat, specifically, with the unmopped floors (which were dirty and had hair), dirty washing machine (with no dryer), door frames with food smudges, and luggage marks on most of the walls. These sorts of details need to be attended to and promptly fixed by the host, who is a professional property management company. In addition, the views from the apartment were less than ideal. Both bedrooms overlooked a concrete terrace containinging the building's staircase (the front windows look onto a narrow street and an opposing building). The lights over the staircase turn on in the evenings and remain on until approximately 12:00 in the morning (which, coupled with the sheer bedroom curtains, can interfere with sleep). In addition, the apartment is next to a bar that plays live music, which can occasionally be heard late at night. Overall, I loved the location, decor, and size of the apartment but was less than thrilled with the lack of cleanliness and the views.

Sehr schöne und zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Sehr netter Empfang durch Caterina. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, im kleinen Badezimmer fehlen nur ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Der Zuschnitt der Wohnung mit den in zwei selbständige Bereiche abgehenden Schlafzimmer Bäder ist perfekt die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und bietet alles, was man - auch für einen längeren - Aufenthalt braucht. Es fehlten separate Laken für die Bettbenutzung durch Personen, die nicht Ehepartner sind. Diese könnte man ganz unproblematisch im Schrank bereitstellen. Bei einem Kurzaufenthalt von drei Tagen bringt das Wegbringen von Müllsäcken zur Müllsammelstelle zwar eine neue Erfahrung mit sich, ist aber auch ein wenig lästig.

We had a fantastic acqua alta adventure with Ca' Rossini 1 as our home base. It's so nice to have an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms when traveling as a family. So much more space - and better price! - than a hotel room. The market is right around the corner, so it was convenient to pick up ingredients to make breakfast in the flat each morning, and we cooked a couple of dinners as well. It was easy to walk most any where in Venice. The only thing missing was a canal view, but we were willing to sacrifice that for the good value.

Only good things to say about the apartment, starting from the booking process, the communication with the landlord, the welcoming at the pier, the registration process, the perfect apartment, exactly as advertised, very nicely renovated, very clean, with all amenities. Prime location, 50 meters from Campo Manin and the Simply supermarket. Just minutes away from the Rialto and San Marco. We highly recommend this apartment for a party up to 4 people.

My daughter and I enjoyed this apartment immensely. The location is central and removed from the tourist chaos that sometimes characterizes Venice. The place was immaculate, extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The showers were great, the beds wonderful and the kitchen well equipped. I would return again and recommend it wholeheartedly to friends and family.

Views on Venice were excellent at communicating with us a couple days before we arrived. They even helped us arrange a private taxi from the cruise ship terminal to the apartment. As we arrive by water taxi we could see the Rialto Bridge nearby. We were greeted by our host at the dock and escorted directly to the apartment, which was only a short 5 min walk. There’s a supermarket just a couple doors down and tons of shopping is right around the corner! The apartment is modern and very spacious. Remember to shut the shutters at night because the street lights are bright. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Plus all the basic provisions such as washing up liquid, even down to the washing tablets for the washing machine were fantastic. Your staff were so very helpful answering questions and provided a warm welcome when we arrived in Venice, thank you. Perhaps spell out the basic provisions provided so that guests don't bring them with them. We have been caught out so many times in apartments where nothing is provided and your provisions were wonderfully welcome and thorough. Thank you.

Great location. The unit has been updated with modern finishes. You can walk everywhere yet it feels quiet and secluded when you're inside. The property was very clean. Excellent communication from Views on Venice. We had our 6 and 8 year old boys with us and they loved the unit as well. Book without hesitation!

The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped. When you walk out of the apartment your near shops and restaurants. Felt very safe.

Clean comfortable and well-located. Simply Punto market was steps away, fully stocked with wonderful prepared food and fresh pasta.

Very nice place. My only recomedation if you want to male it perfect is to improve the bed. A nice duvet, better sheets would make the place even better.

We stayed here on our Europe Holiday with another couple. There was plenty of room for all 4 of us. The location of the apartment is prime! Right in the heart of San Marco when you arrive to the bus stop you do have a walk to get to it but that was the best part understanding the area. We all traveled with backpacks so there was no trouble having to roll our suitcases or carry anything heavy. Marta who waited for us at the stop greeted us and gave us a run down of the apartment, surrounding area and recommendations which turned out to be quite helpful when it was time to eat! If you are looking for something more modern, trendy and centrally located this apartment is perfect for you!

We were met at the dock by Views On Venice representative. She walked us over to the apartment. Gave us a quick tour. The apartment is very clean! We would stay there again!

Great location for easily walking around Venice or using the vaporettos. We took a private water taxi from the train station and we were met by a representative from Views on Venice who escorted us to the nearby apartment. He sat with us and gave us extensive advice on restaurants. The apartment is on the first floor. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. There is a fair amount of pedestrian noise if you have the living room windows open (and one day there was a lot of construction noise in the afternoon from a neighboring apartment), but the bedrooms were quiet. AC works well, and we appreciated the washing machine. The second bathroom is quite small and was missing half a shower door, so our friends could not use the rain shower head; they used the handheld shower wand instead. A grocery store is next door, which is very convenient. Good restaurants within one block - Rossa Rosa and La Feluca. They arranged a private water taxi to the airport at 3 AM for our friends. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely clean apartment. Well furnished and equipped with everything you need. A great grocery just steps away. This apartment is located close to everything. Loved this apartment! It's lovely and light, well equipped, comfortably furnished and beautifully clean, plus all the practical things like wifi and air conditioning worked really well. Its location is amazing - right in the heart of San Marco, with shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket literally seconds walk away, yet somehow it was also very quiet. Plus the team at Views On Venice were very helpful throughout. Would highly recommend it.
