The staff was busybody, eyeing everyone who goes in and out. They even followed us from the back silently. Creepy!

Cleaning under bed take some initiative to check..last time we found dusty under our bed.

This hotel is good value for money, and is a better place to stay than upscale hotels, if you want to save money for sightseeing, eating out and other trips. Staff members here are busy, but they are friendly, accommodating, and hospitable. Special requests are catered for well, especially for longer stays. It is a small hotel in a traditional area on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur, with a family feel about it.

Everything you need day to day is nearby: Lotus Supermarkets, Starbucks, Burger King, KFC, affordable Thai food courts and a cinema, but if you need to travel to Kuala Lumpur CBD or surrounding areas, you need to pay for a taxi or a rideshare service. Bus services to the train stations are infrequent, and it can take much longer than in western countries to get from one part of the city to another by public transport.

Bathroom dirty. Staff unfriendly.

Lot of restaurants nearby

Noisy whole night at the corridor. Can hear door bell often. Reception can hear voices whole night. 2am onwards some Chinese dude try open my room door. Parking difficult because of restaurants nearby. Basement parking charges too much for a night, no corporate rate for hotel guests
