We really enjoyed the great bed, which made us secure the great night sleep after the long international flight! The location is greatly situated next to Seven Eleven and cafe/restaurant and also amazingly quite in the middle of the city strip.

Everything was worn out. Towels worn out. Bars of soap. Machine broke. Pull out of service.

The carpet was filthy! I wore my sandals or shoes because it was so disgusting.

During checkin, requested a 1st floor room. Was offered a suite w/ a jacuzzi for an extra $50. If I moved-used anything; he couldn’t change rm. At a quick entry glance the room seemed okay until I turned on all the lights & looked closer at the bathroom which had visible dirt on the floor & 2 small, but visible blood spots on the toilet wall & tub vanity areas. Water not hot to fill tub or use jets. Took pictures & showed the night staff the dirty parts of the room & requested a discount post touch of bed & using the bathroom. The walls had liquid marks and a blood drop in the bathroom & the tub area which I showed staff right away. No clean crew avail for visiting guests that checkin after 5pm. The sole evening staff member didn’t offer new room but tried to help by giving us extra towels to support cleaning the dirty floor. In hindsight, we should have left the facility & asked for a full refund. The next morning staff member/manager didn’t want to hear about our stay, was rude, wouldn’t share his name. The hostile short tempered unprofessional morning rep stated that I was not welcomed back to their hotel. He didn’t like that I brought issues to his attention. He did not care about customer satisfaction and threatened to charge me for cleaning the floor w/ their towel even after I sharing that I received approval from the night staff to do so. Poorly ran facility with bait & abuse tactics. Trauma and odd negative profiling experienced at this facility. Horrible checkout.

Old smelly. They charge too much for a horrible rooms. That smells old uncomfortable. I don’t know how some people can give a good review to this property. Stay away from it.

Everything is great, only the bath water is a bit slow, but not too much trouble, just a longer shower.

We have stayed at this hotel many times throughout the years with no real concerns, but this year was horrible. This hotel is run down. Maybe new manangement, i don't know, but they do not seem to care very much about how the hotel looks. Do not be fooled by the photos online; this is not what it looks like in person. I cannot stress this enough. The exterior is falling apart, from the stairs to the paint; inside, the carpet was stained, the sink made a loud noise each time we used it, toilet was dirty, shower had obvious damage and part of it falling off of the wall, hangers couldn't even hold a towel to dry cause there's nowhere else to dry them, fridge was dirty on the inside, lights by the bed wouldn't stay on, curtains had black stuff on them, and I could go on. Why did we stay? Because we didn't have money to change and we paid thinking our experience was going to be good like years past. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I didn't and they charged us extra literally right when we checked out. I called and they said there was damage. I asked if they could prove it and of course they couldn't. One of things they claimed was a towel was dirty. I asked if they had tried to wash it and was told the maid just threw it away. Wash it! They hung up with me while I was talking and when I called back they acted like they couldn't understand me. My recommendation is do not stay here. Pay a little extra and have piece of mind.

I reserved 2 non smoking rooms. One of the rooms was definitely was not nonsmoking, it smelled horrible. When I talked to the receptionist he gave me another “supposedly” nonsmoking room which was worse than the first one. I had to pay additional $50 to stay in a “suite” if I wanted a non smoking room, which I did. But the said suite was not a suite at all. There was no iron or ironing board not even a hair dryer. Overall I would NOT recommend to anyone.

The room was very clean and everything in it worked great! Staff was very kind and helpful!

Customer service was excellent, locatiom was very convenient. 15 to the beach and close to shopping. The property needs more cleaning. Under the beds there was trash and the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

I didn’t even get a chance to stay I went and went I already paid my money online. They told me they didn’t have a room right for me. I went out and said I see a room right across from me being clean. I’ll wait 1020 minutes to have that clean and I’ll take it after that to give me that room and told me to get out .

Friendly night staff personnel, but the room and floor and bathroom were dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and the amenities were scarce.

Great location, good pricing, but they can improve quality control in cleanliness of the room. ( Sticky armchair, stained carpet).

Staff was super accomodating to our changing needs. Room were large and spacious! Great location!!

Worn carpets, shower temperature constantly fluxuated and the wifi went out by the time i came back from dinner. Other than that is was a comfortable room for the cost.

The room was extremely dirty, to the point that I was grossed out every time I washed my face in the sink. I only took one shower during my three-day stay because the bathtub was filthy and even had a spider in it. The towels were dirty, I went and bought some from target. The Kleenex box. was empty.

Needs an upgrade.

I was very happy with my room. It was quiet and easy to get to, parking wasn't a problem. It was close to where i was visiting family. I was a little disappointed that the pool was closed but other than that, i was very pleased. I would stay there again.

Rooms are spacious. Walking distance to restaurants and groceries. No breakfast. Staff were nice. Safe neighborhood. Small pillows. Bedside chair that turns into a recliner was comfy. Use slippers in the room coz the carpet needs some cleaning

The place is very old, out dated, leaking shower, in meet of maintenance. We were just needing a place to sleep, next time I will do more searching before settling. Won’t go back.
