It is a small but very neat and comfortable hotel. The location is wonderful. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. We had a great time there and definitely recommend to friends who are planning to go to Venice.

It was a beautiful stay and I strongly recommend this hotel. The staff was particularly friendly and included a French guy who was very friendly and helpful.
Even if this hotel doesn’t have a restaurant and all the facilities of certain restaurant, certain amenities such as the terrace are particularly pleasant, not to mention the accessibility (3 minutes from the Rialto Vaporetto stop).

I stayed at this wonderful hotel with my brother, and we were very pleased with our choice. I requested a room on the upper floors with a view of the main street for safety and a better experience, and my request was fully accommodated. The room, bathroom, and beds were all spotless and very well-maintained. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with the best croissants we’ve ever had! The staff were all excellent, but I would especially like to mention Mr. Nicole at the front desk—he was always kind, polite, and incredibly helpful.
The location of the hotel is fantastic. Unlike many other hotels, this one is not old or attached to neighboring buildings; it’s been beautifully renovated, with a spacious front and an incredible view. Being right in the city center, we were able to walk to all the main attractions within 5 minutes. If we ever visit Venice again, we would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!

A great hotel in the heart of Venezia with easy access to St Marks Square and tons of restaurants and shops. One block away from the grand canal.

The staff are really very helpful and accommodating,the rooms are very clean and impressive facilities. Love the set up of the bathroom and shower. The location was close to restaurant and the main canal,walking distance to piazza San Marco.the staff set us up to visit a glass factory in Murano. We plan to visit Venice again in December and definitely book A La Commedia again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is conveniently located to all major sites. Getting to the hotel is easy, it’s a few minutes walk to the water taxi stop. Lots of restaurants and shops on your door step.
Staff really helpful and friendly. Room was large and clean and breakfast was great.
If you are looking for a central location and away from the crowds then this is your place.

A beautiful hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Staff are knowledgeable about the city and transport options and offer great advice. I was extremely happy with my stay, and as a person with mobility issues i appericated that the staff put down a ramp for the small step at the entrance without having to ask for it - it proves the staff go beyond to help their guests.The hotel was located steps away from luxury stores and a restaurant also very close to the Rialto bridge and ferry stop. Breakfast had a variety of tasty options. I will definitely recommend to all my friends who plan to stay in Venice.

It’s very clean and conveniently located Hotel. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Jacky, Selene and Ali. Will recommend to take a Alilaguna from the airport and get off on Rialto stop it’s cheaper and convenient. Will definitely come back to this hotel .

Lovely hotel. Beautiful rooftop bar. Conveniently located. Room was beautiful but small. Unusual shower with no sides right in the middle of the bathroom. The breakfast was not as going as I’d hoped.

This hotel is amazing. It’s greatly located near the grand Canal, Rialto Bridge, and a great view of Zilio Cathedral. Very close to the square all kinds of shopping closed food restaurants everything perfect hotel the room is fabulous. It’s big is amazing and the people the staff are so friendly and they accommodate and set up any kind of transfers. It’s just wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel I reserved a junior triple suite. I give five stars.

Hotel is well maintained and the location is close to everything. Staff are professional and helpful. Room was a good size with a big bathroom. Very clean rooms with the house keeping services daily. There is no concierge on site. Breakfast was a standard European buffet.
Hotel is easily reached by a water taxi from the airport or from the train station.

Less than 5 minutes from Grand Canale, awesome rooftop bar, excellent breakfast buffet with GF options, concierge service. Provided free water taxi to Murano and excellent restaurant recs.

The hotel is in a very convenient location around transportation, dining and shopping. The hotel is clean, nicely decorated, and the rooms are decent. The breakfast at the hotel is nice /fresh food and there is a rooftop bar for snacks and drinks. The hotel manager is super nice and welcoming and so as the staff. We enjoyed our stay here.
