All in all it was ok. Some of the staff are friendly other aren‘t. I‘d recommend the hotel just if you need something cheap to sleep.

Website description mentions a pool table, which had apparently be removed years ago, a sauna which makes no mention of the £10 charge, and a jacuzzi which is colder than the pool. Not a nice area for British people as you will struggle to find any others in the immediate area. However, the staff were very polite and helpful.

Friendly staff, food very good and a lot of choice, close to the beach and shops.

This was an amazing hotel with amazing service, all workers were very polite , and had variety of food in order to accommodate everyone need, Thank you for making my stay more enjoyable. Amazing facilities as well 2 indoor gym out door gym and swimming pool and jacuzzi very happy

Was a bit worried about some reviews. Mid week stay not as noisy as some say.was a few groups arriving for weekend as we left. Food was ok didn't ever feel hungry. A little far out from were I.t happens .would recommend for midweek stay would not fancy a weekend.

Top and very friendly check in and cleaning employees, nice pool, location (near area for free parking and near to the Beach), breakfast was nice, nice internet speed, free luggage room. - Old furnitures in the room (they should be updated), air condition did not work at all, very loud until midnight (that is almost everywhere in S Arenal).

THE FOOD!! The hotel was ok for this price. Well,we booked a room for 3 person. When we arrived in the room was only a dopple bed and the size of the room was also for 2 person. Some hours later we got a 3rd bed. We had no hair dryer in the room and we should have pay deposit for getting one. The same for the remote control. About the food: We have booked an all-inclusive accomodation,but it was a really bad choice. The food was fast always uneatable. Looks good,but the taste was... awful. If u planing to go there, I would not advice to pay for half-board or all inclusive. Even not for breakfast...You can buy everything outside and much better meals and better prices....

There were a lot of broken items when we entered our room, the hotel walls are super thin and you can hear everything!!! Apart from the drunk teenagers yelling and screaming all hours of the day and night, and the blatant sexual harassment from the adolescent guests, the food was really good.

Would recommend for college students and young adults. Not a High end place but I knew that going into it and could not be happier with our experience.

If you do anything with this hotel, i can sum it up in one word.. NO. The hotel is in the early stages of change and is nothing what you will expect. the hotel proclaims to be a music hotel but with no music. the pool bar closes at 6pm and then they open a reception bar. the pool was so busy and was still in sun and a lovely day but we were forced in side to continue drinking. when inside and still drinking we were told to keep the noise down so reception can book people in. what sort of hotel does this. if the pool os busy and people are sunbathing then keep the pool bar open. the rooms are very basic. clean and ok for a short stay. one power point in the room above the ned which is useless and 2 power points in the bathroom above the sink.. very clever lol. staff are ok. they talk way too much to the other staff while ignoring customers. they wonder off and do not attend to the job in hand as they should be. the food is very poor. is mostly dry and inedible if you come down after an hour. not much in the way of options. all drinks are ok but basic. most come out of a fruit machine. the hotel is very noisy. do not stay here if you are expecting a good sleep. they put in wood flooring to cover up concrete and it makes the place dusty and noisy. why they did not put tiles like they should have. bathrooms are very small, they have basically converted old flats into a hotel and not done it very well. is more like a hostel than a hotel.

staff were great but rooms need updating and a general fix up as things kept breaking water stopped 4 times in 2 days lift broke ran out of drinks twice electric tripped a few times

We decided to take a long weekend break and I selected this hotel. I was confused in that I thought the hotel was in Palma but it is in Arenal. Arenal is nice enough at the beach and waterfront but is a concrete jungle. The Hotel is half way up a steep hill and is in need to some TLC. The reception staff were ok but we had no hot water for two of our three days and it took repeated requests before it was fixed. Not keen on cold showers !The all inclusive was provided and bar staff were nice. The beer is served in little plastic glasses like machine coffee cups. There was no resistance to providing more as required. The beer is local and pretty rough. As were the spirits and wines. The food is very basic with few choices but it is edible. We ate out mostly after the first night and there are some great pubs and restaurants on the beach front. The room was clean but very small. The beds were comfortable. The toilet was placed offset in the room next to the sink and it was a contortionist job to use it. The hotel seems to cater for young people and European guests. It can be very noisy at night when people return from clubs and pubs at 2 and 3 in the morning. TV is a dead loss for English speakers, only CNBC as the English channel all the rest are German , French and Spanish. It is what it is and it is a reasonably cheap package however, I would say this is a one star not a three.

Thats a great hotel, Food was great, but there are only 1 power socket in room, needs to be more. Rooms are good. Sometimes we had problems with air conditioning

Hotel was situated in a great area, close to the strip but not so close as to be rowdy. Other guests were quite loud, sometimes woke us up. Food was okay, decent enough selection each meantime, although very strict mealtimes and no food/snacks available outside the designated dining times. 6 floors, but only 1 elevator which was slow, and only allowed 3 people in at once, so had to use the stairs frequently. Overall a pleasant stay.

Amazing staff, great stay

Hotel is for mainly German and Spanish guests, staff friendly.English guests dont seem to be able to book all inclusive, and did not get free water and wine with dinner so felt a bit odd as Germans and Spanish did.. we could buy the wine for €5 per bottle.

Good value for money near beach and nice bars and resterants not much choice at meal times but did not go hungry drinks in plastic glasses pool nice staff good hotel dated but clean
