Amazing, except for service in the Gastrobar when the night staff took a reservation for lunch the next day and the day staff knew nothing about it the next day.

The attention to detail. They brought me a heating system right away when I asked for it. They gave a cheese platter and a bottle of wine. Also they let me stay 2 hours after my check in which it was great. Breakfast was good. I wish I had an appetite to eat more food. The room was small bit it was so clean. Also, it didnt smell( I was so trilled about that) . They gave you sleepers and a bath robe. The water was so warm which it was a luxury after traveling everywhere in Peru and having to take cold showers. They let me stored my baggage after check out. I’m very glad I stayed in this hotel.

It is a nice place to stay consider it is Lima, Peru. We should have stayed in downtown hotels which are much cheaper and convenient. Downtown area is ok, not as terrible as descripted on web.

This hotel is excellent. We stayed here twice whilst in Peru, at the start and end of our two-week trip and found it extremely comfortable, quiet and cozy. Both of our rooms were on the back of the building and we heard nothing throughout our stay.
Great beds, lovely bathrooms, very decent breakfast and close to everything you might need in Miraflores. The swimming pool and gym is also a nice bonus, especially after spending 12 hours in tiny economy class seat.
We only had one minor issue which involved a taxi booking but that was resolved when I emailed the front desk.

Good environment. Room is big and spacious. Except the bathroom does not have shower screen. Can be quite wet after shower.

We really enjoyed our short stay here. The staff went to great length to make us comfortable and welcomed. Staff was very hospitable and engaging, always smiling. We were able to do an early morning check in for a reasonable price and that included breakfast that same morning. Breakfast had a lot of variety.
We had a small charcuterie and two complimentary drinks as a welcome. And two bottled water. The hotel dining is so cozy and we hung out there for appetizers and drinks.
The bed was so comfortable and room was clean and spacious. Towels are top notch. Bathroom was real spacious as well. The hotel seems new. Everything we loved! The only thing missing is a whole body mirror.
There are restaurants and cafes right beside it. Few blocks away and you’re in the center of Miraflores.
