Everything, lovely cottage, perfect for our needs. Steve the owner was a gentleman and was so helpful. The village and surrounding areas are so beautiful. Need to plan another visit.

This apartment is lovely and cosy and has everything you need. The host was very accommodating and welcoming. Wish we could have spent more time there!

Steve was on hand when I arrived and showed me around before leaving me - he was also readily available, should I need anything. I appreciated the information given re the two pubs in the village, where I could get a good meal and also the milk that had been left in the fridge.

The only thing that might have been slightly better was the shower, as the shower head didn't seem to be fully functioning. Perhaps because I didn't turn it onto full power.

Lovely stay in the quaint cottage . Steve is a lovely man, couldn’t do enough for us, made us feel very welcome and we loved our stay. Everything was perfect, will definitely recommend this beautiful little cottage and will be back!

Steve, the proprietor a lovely gentleman was most helpful & welcoming during our stay. The Village at Giggleswick is very pretty, nice walks around about, convenient for Settle and surrounding areas to visit.

We lived all of it Steve the owner met us at the property really friendly held my to dogs while we unloaded car really nice man everything in the cottage u could want in my opinion he could have charged more and we still would have booked lovely little garden 4dogs which was enclosed and right next to a dog friendly pub lovely meals all excellent

Great location (close to two pubs serving dinner, short walk to Booths supermarket and the centre of Settle, walking distance to both train stations), really comfortable (didn’t want to get out of the most comfortable armchairs I’ve ever sat in), lovely and warm, spotlessly clean, really well equipped (I appreciated the walking poles, toiletries, tea/coffee/biscuits/milk in the fridge, and if I had stayed longer would have made use of the washing machine). The owner Steve is very friendly and really helpful with advice (I was grateful he advised me against a long bike ride when an hour later I watched the rain come in from the inside of a local cafe), places to eat etc. I can’t recommend the cottage more highly.

It was exactly as described - charming and cosy. Steve met us on arrival and gave us such a warm welcome-what a lovely man -polite and charming! It was just across from the Black Horse Pub in the village and within easy walking distance of the town of Settle.The food at the Black Horse was excellent. We used the cottage as a base to walk Ribblehead Viaduct and Malham Cove as both were within an easy drive.

Location was great, pub right across the carpark and on up a walkway behind. We love Settle and Giggleswick so location was great. Good to be all on one level, we have an old dog. Entrance to carpark (where cottage is located) can be tight in a larger car.

We liked everything.

Steve (the owner) was very friendly and helpful. He offered to pick me up from the train station and even dropped me off. The flat had everything i needed for my stay. It is close to all amnities, e.g. pub, supermarket, church. The flat is well equiped. Thank you!

If you're looking for a lovely home away from home to explore the Dales, this is it. The apartment is very cosy with many thoughtful touches while being dog friendly. Great location, only a few steps from a nice pub, walk to supermarket. Steve is a fantastic host! Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely welcome from owner who showed us round and gave us helpful tips for getting about on our stay. Cottage had everything we needed and was nice and toastie which was much appreciated on a freezing cold day and there was even a pint of milk in the fridge which is always a nice touch. Will definitely stay again if we're going to a concert at Settle Victoria Hall which was only a 15 minute walk away.

Quiet, clean, charming, and could have walked in my slippers across the courtyard to get to the pub! Steve was an amazing host; kind considerate and attentive.

There were only two electric rings and a microwave. we were shocked that there wasn’t an oven. The TV was very small. neither of these things spoilt our enjoyment but would be great improvement.
