Great location, room was affordable and clean. The bar downstairs was a great way to end the nifht with music and dancing!

Hotel lobby is fantastic, the room we stayed was pretty dated and musty smelling. If you’re looking for a relaxing weekend stay the downtown night life does not allow for it. We stayed on the 8th floor and between the street and people noise it was very hard to get any sleep.

I enjoyed the place the restaurants were both nice. It was in a good neighborhood with plenty to do nearby. My only complaint was when I got there they said the did not have a clean room and asked me to go sit to the side. After watch 3 other people check in I went up and they had forgot me but I did finally get a room after an hour wait !!!

Poorly staffed and supplied — Shame though had real potential. Did enjoy proximity to restaurants/stores but that meant crazy noisy with automobile/motorcycle traffic. Lobby had an amazing paper wall sculpture but staff occupying lobby very unaccommodating and unhelpful. Room had no shampoo (pump on bottle was broken) or body wash (bottle was empty) and when I called the front desk they said they had no one to bring any up, even though there were three visible employees at the desk when I checked out shortly after. Also, not enough towels for number of travelers and the beds/pillows were extremely uncomfortable. No mini fridge either which I thought was a standard. Enigma breakfast was ok. Disappointing stay to say the least. Not the worst though but would not recommend.

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located in downtown. However, it's quite close to a railroad crossing, and on one occasion, several trains passed by, honking their horns, which kept us up at night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room for added convenience.

Room curtains did not close letting parking lights to shine in room all nite. No refrigerator or hairdryer in rooms. Although it is a BW did not offer free breakfast. Rate seemed high for no amenities

The only thing premier about this hotel is the title and the fact that it is in it old hotel that was once the center of town I guess the lobby is very nice the bed is nice and the towels were nice. However the places run down there’s floor Baseboards chipped and missing it’s just generally rundown. The biggest thing for us though is we checked in at 3 o’clock with our service animal and show them the card discussed with the front desk lady that there would be no charge I have to see if that’s going to be true as other westerns have charged us and we’ve had to call them on it. We checked into our room at three we went upstairs to check it out then we left for the day came back at 9 o’clock at night and lo and behold our keys didn’t work and someone else was in our room we have been assigned to a different room and been unknown to us, there was it was no notification. It is very unprofessional and after a long day it was difficult for us

What great place to stay. The hotel is beautiful and every thing you need is a short walk away.
