This hotel met all our needs. Our room temp was adjusted perfectly. Our beds were made with new linens, so cozy. The whole facility has been artfully decorated. The shower was shiny, spacious and bright. Large shampoo was positioned on the shower wall, handy. Available to medical services was an easy drive.

Was nice and served the purpose of our stay

This wasn’t a horrible place to stay, but I would not make it my first pick. We chose this after some other nearby hotels were full and we had a lot-minute need to be close to Cox South Them/they at the desk was very friendly and professional. The first non-smoking room we went into smelled like an ash tray, but we were moved quickly and easily. So front desk service: 10. But the AC did not seem to take humidity out of the air and that alone made for a miserable June night. The carpet looked a little grimly, too. The halls and doors felt kind of cheap and thin, but you get what you pay for. Bathrooms and sink area were clean and the bed felt firm, but satisfactory. Breakfast was not too bad (biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, coffee, fruit, etc). I would give it a rating of 7.5 and make it my 2nd or 3rd option in the future if I ever need to stay in that area again.

The shower was small but functional. Large people may find it difficult. Bed was extremely comfortable. Very clean and quiet. Ice machine is downstairs. Staff very pleasant and accommodating.

The price was right. The room felt newly remodeled. The staff took trash and replenished towels daily. All staff were great. It’s not large or fancy. But very comfortable and perfect location. Breakfast is basic, but I found something healthy to eat.

Simple hotel but thats all i needed. Double bed was comfortable, black out curtains did the job. Shower was very nice and breakfast was good, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, etc. Didnt have time to do the hot tub or pool but looked well maintained

Management was SO friendly, room was clean, and so much you can walk to!!! Would stay there again!!!

Perfect for freeway access to get to our destinations. Small property but would definitely recommend. We had a room on the freeway side that was a bit to noise even with window shut.

Other than our room not being ready for over an hour after check-in time, the stay was as good as one might expect.

Rusty nail on the carpet when we checked it. Went to the counter and asked for extra pillows, I was given two extra pillows and made it almost back to the room and realized that the pillows I was handed were disgusting. Took them back to the counter the woman apologized and walked away. No extra pillows were obtained. The walls in the room had stuff splashed on it. The hotel served as a place to sleep in a pinch but certainly wouldn’t pick it again.

Great breakfast, nice linens and towels

The property was exactly what you'd expect for a hotel at this price point. It was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were all doubles (including in the one bed room) which wasn't great but definitely fine. Biggest complaint was that WIFI never really worked.

My stay was wonderful. I came because my daughter was having her baby. It was so convienent to stay at the Sleep Inn, it was by many restaurants, stores, hospital. I slept like a baby both nights. The people were friendly, my room was very clean. Im very picky about the bathrooms, it was so clean and the room smelled so fresh, i really enjoyed my stay, and i thank the staff for being so friendly.

The ladies in the breakfast area were friendly and kept on top of everything.

This hotel was very clean and updated. The staff were friendly and quick. It was very quiet, no door slamming, that doesn't happen very often! The price was fantastic too!

Rude front desk. over charging. No hot water wifi and hot tub out of order I booked two rooms and they separated mine 10 rooms away from my children. Extremely unhappy with our stay It ruined our family trip. Expedia and choice hotels lost us to ever feel safe to book through them.

Decent hotel, unfortunately the pool was closed so we had to make changes to our evening.

First floor room smelled like smoke. Got moved to 2nd floor. It wasn’t as bad. But it was NOISY. The sound of traffic woke me up multiple times. I would not go back based on how loud the traffic was.

The breakfast was adequate but no one was keeping the food resupplied. I saw one guest take a large amount of food back to his room with not much left for guests waiting to get a plate of food.

Not what i expected for what was paid.....

The lady who checked us in didn’t speak very good English. She was very hard to understand. The facilities are a little dated and the pictures online are misleading but overall our stay was good

We came to Springfield to take our kids to the aquarium and this was a nice hotel pretty close to it. We loved the pool/hot tub. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. There weren’t any USB chargers in the room which we’ve never encountered in a hotel so that was a bit of an issue getting our devices charged. Our room was about as far as you could get from the elevator (2 long hallways and 2 short hallways) so with 2 little ones that wasn’t super fun to deal with while packing our luggage. Overall though it was a clean hotel and convenient for our trip.

Clean and well run, reasonable cost, I would stay there again
