Six couples rented this house for a weekend getaway to enjoy the warm Arizona weather and get away from the cold. It would be nice to keep this place our little secret but we do want the owners to succeed, so will spill the details. This rental was the best VRBO any of us have ever stayed at- and combined that is a lot. There were so many little details that all added up to make this place so special. Every day we said…”’oh that is a good idea…” as we came across these details that went into planning out this house. ( An ice maker outside, phone charging pads, resort quality outdoor furniture, outdoor games, indoor games… most still In their plastic, unbelievable amount of drinking glasses of all types: wine, whisky for example, multiple Refillable Water stations, Many condiments, starters for coffee, espresso, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, selfie stations, I think we counted 10 tvs, we even saw water misters for when it really gets hot in Arizona, soft and large beach and pool Towels) The hosts obviously going all Out and out of their way to think of everything to make guests enjoy their time. The host also incredibly responsive and helpful, checking in if we needed anything. The entire house is so well designed in layout as well. We hope to be back and feel fortunate to have found this place.

Coming through the front door for the first time was a WOW experience for everyone. Everything in order in every room, everything appointed and geared to comfort. Step into the back yard and it’s WOW again. The photos look great, at this point the real thing totally lives up to it. I’ve booked many properties over many years, and the countless amenities in Villa Santa Cruz were noticeable by comparison. Phone charger pads/cables everywhere. Big fluffy towels. A kitchen drawer stocked full of everything you forgot and then some. Dreamy bedsheets, pillows and covers. Lots of room in which to convene or get away from the crowd. The Blackstone grill. Great Wi-Fi coverage in every room. Hot/cold water dispensers indoor and out. Kuerig and Nespresso machines, both with pods, AND a coffee maker. Regarding two minor issues at check in, Maxwell’s response was extraordinary, ordering a replacement for one of the backyard games while we on the phone, and then keeping me updated on the delivery status via text. He was all over being sure we were satisfied and backed it up. The kids loved it. The adults loved it. Everyone kept trying different ways to say “You’re like really pretty”. The weather wasn’t great but nobody cared, we could still enjoy the whole property.
