We really liked the food, room and staff. The beach is the nicest i've seen, Great location. My only complaint is there is not enough music being played at the pool bars. Its too quiet for my liking.

Thank you Expedia for the absolute wonderful top notch services as usual I would never plan without you, this hotel was recommended by an Expedia agent and it was a very pleasurable experience from beginning to en the location, the service was amazing, food and beach will definitely come back over an over to this hotel they went above and beyond to meet all our expectations, we stayed at the turquoise adults only and it was amazing. Very clean top notch hotel. 10 wonderful days we stayed.

THIS IS NOT AN ADULTS ONLY PROPERTY!!!! There isn't even an adults only side, just a roof top pool, night club and a restaurant that is adults only. There are beautiful pools, but all are full of kids. You can't even get a drink at the swim up bar without children sitting on the stools, crying, kicking and splashing you from swimming and playing right at the swim-up! This place is over run with kids, which is not a problem, unless you think you are booked at an ADULTS ONLY PROPERTY. There isn't much for adults to do. This is a nice family property. However, its terrible how they rip you off with EXTREME overcharging. I brought a floatation tube for $50 which is actually $15 in the U.S. I needed cash for tips, etc. I got $300 from the ATM, it cost to me a $36 fee. Nevertheless, the staff if great, especially our butler Marie. Arturo made great drinks!

This hotel is amazing, best place i have visited last 20 yrs. Restaurants, food, pools, location, service, facilities, private butler - all just perfect. Will come back! Wort every USD i paid.

Fantastic stay at Hyatt Zain’s Cancun, lived the beach.

The service and the food in most specialty dinning in the all inclusive is mediocre at best except the Buffet and the habaneros restaurants are good the facility is beautiful and staff is amazing We had a wonderful time, definitely coming back 👍

The staff were great! Especially Julio at punts vista bar. He made a huge effort to make everything perfect for us!

If you’re looking for a resort that provides excellent service, excellent food, and excellent rooms then this is the one. This resort has many dining options of all types. It also has 3 beach areas that are essentially attached to the resorts and multiple pools. I’ve been to Cancun many times but this is by far my favorite one. Anna and David were amazing!!

The Hyatt ziva of Cancun is wonderful! Mine and my husbands second time being back. We love this place ! The staff and resort are just amazing . Everyone so friendly and go above and beyond to take care of your every need! Definitely will be back.

There was no water one day and another day only cold water, we could not take a shower. At the check out they told me that they give me points so now i have i must stay again in the hotel with no water to obtain that points.

"This is our first time our family stay at the Hyatt Ziva. And we wish we could've stayed longer because this resort exceed our expectations. The food is extremely delicious!!!! Staffs and butlers are both super friendly and accommodating. Everywhere is very clean (we love that!) we highly recommend this resort to all of our family. The performances/ shows were great. Service great! Food choices could use some improvement.

My wife and I chose this property based on one thing only, the beach! And trust me, you won't be disappointed, this is by far the best beach in all the hotel zone in Cancun, turquoise waters with shades of limitless blue, calm and beautiful water, simply the best. We were surprised with the staff attention and service, is simply warm and comforting, they will go above and beyond to make your stay feel like royalty, our assigned butler "Joel" really made our stay one of the best ever compared to any all inclusive property we had visited before, he was very attentive and helped us a lot enjoying the property and making our stay unforgettable, kudos to him!!!! We choose a room at the turquoise adults only Tower, the room has incredible beach, ocean and pool views from our balcony equipped with a sofa and a Jacuzzi, room was enormous and bathroom and shower were amazing. Hotel entertainment was average, but plenty to do anyways. Food, it was ok for the price range, not amazing, only dinner at the french restaurant was amazing (make sure you arrive early or face a long waiting time to be seated), to bad the menu at this location was limited, we visited twice during our stay but not much to choose from the menu so we repeated some plates, still the experience is rich and food was delicious. All other restaurants were average. Overall, we had such a wonderful vacation here, we will be back again.

Stayed 3 nights for our honeymoon and absolutely loved our trip. Staffs were friendly and helpful, view was breathtaking, and facilities were so clean and spacious. Definitely coming back to Ziva next time!

Beach was breathtaking / beautiful

No smoking or vaping or a $500 fine when I have worked in smokey Vegas bars & casinos for 15 years was amazing!!! Horrible scent machines they had in the public bathrooms smelled awful like cheap mens Coolwater cologne, absolutely terrible and super strong actually made me nauseous and gave me headaches. Especially when you are drinking in the hot sun all day smelling that horrible strong scent is awful. Adults only lobby side was the same, some horrible scent machine just a different super strong terrible scent. Not sure I agree with the poor dolphins on property (one had a huge gash in his snout probably from being in such small quarters fighting with other dolphins or pushing overweight customers to earn his food) and the water in tank was filthy. I am all for petting, feeding, taking pictures with any beautiful creatures if they are well cared for but not sure after seeing the injury on one it made me sad especially seeing how loud the music and activities going on right next to their tank was. The Steak restaurant was our favorite attached to the adults only tower, 4 screaming kids seated next to us to ruin our dinner not so much. The entertainment was based around kids. Adult pool uneventful terrible boring music total snoozefest just no kids. Definitely wouldnt return to this particular Hyatt since the resort isnt ALL adults but as far as service, staff, cleanlines, food went .....if it was an Adults Only at the entire resort by Hyatt absolutely!

Too many to write. We go to Cancun every year and we stay at diff places. This one I would say was the most avg one. Is definitely not adults only as they say.

Stayed in the adults only section. This was a great experience for us, as we had always brought our family on trips. There was enough adults only areas that really enabled us to enjoy the stay. Top-notch service as well

Everything was excellent. No need reservation for a restaurant and we didn’t wait for our table. Excellent hospitality and this resort made me feel I was a princess. The only thing I didn’t like was a dolphin pool where they kept dolphins for the guests to watch or touch. It broke my heart and I tried to avoid that area. The hotel did everything to make their guests happy and I understand the cute dolphins definitely make many guests with kids happy, but I just felt so sad.

Great place. Clean. Staff is wonderful. Beach is the nicest in Cancun I've seen. Just be aware that "adults only" is only your tower and 3rd floor pool. Anything else is family friendly, meaning restaurants, activities, beach....
