The room was really big but the furniture arrangement was not optimal. The tv was behind the desk and on the wall to the side of the bed. The couch too was placed on an angle to the tv. The side chair was placed in a corner but shoukd have been placed next to the couch for a view of the tv.

From the initial excellent welcoming cookie and conversation to the final farewell after a great breakfast, this was what a hotel stay should be. Nothing was too much trouble, the room was great. If I say the only problem was trying to find the Olympic coverage on the TV in our room, I think you get the idea. I wish our stay could have been longer.

I was greeted by Gracie and she figured out something on my visit to correct my stay and it seemed she was working every day during my stay and was willing to do whatever she could to make my stay good. Breakfast was great every day and staff worked hard to keep it clean and food was always there. Allan’s all the staff was always friendly and helped our stay to be good.

Bad customer service no one is helpful especially the girl name Grace!!!! They charge me for pet fees when I have my service dog and I have inform them and this is the second time I have stay with them. It is not an issues when I stayed the first time so that is why I came back but cleary they have an untrained staff and bad service ever.

Stayed 3 days, no one ever cleaned the room. Garbage piled up and ran out of soap and TP. Unreal

The hotel is fine. It was clean and the room was big. Staff was friendly. The walk-in shower soaked the entire bathroom when showering (to the point there was standing water after a shower) because there was nothing to hold it back. We tried to clean up some of the water and asked for another towel but they didn’t have any.

I really liked the breakfast offerings, especially the waffles. Bacon was good too. But only one chair to sit on in the room and it was broken. There was this constant humming noise, very distracting. I should have brought earplugs. Hair in the shower, yuck. Oh, the chairs in your dining area were stained, eww.
But Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The room smelled really bad. The plumbing needs repair. Smells like sewage in the room. They did not have a way of changing my room. Could not sleep well because of the smell.

Great hotel right in the heart of Rancho Cucamonga. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Great little breakfast in the morning , I hoghly recommend this property.

Had to call the Front desk to get the TV to work. She did so by pulling wires from under the bedstand and out of the wall. After she did so, She could not replace the wall board. We slept in that condition, but the TV was working.
