It is a beautiful room and clean room. It also features a very nice hinoki bath.

Our room was spacious. It also had a small table and chairs. Onsen was great! Beds were comfy. Great location. Only 10 min walk from train station. It's a new build so everything is fresh and modern.

Beds could be wider. Shower was lovely but water leaked out from under and around the shower door and made all the bathroom floor wet. There was also a strange smell in the room.

We loved tthe bathroom and the comfortable beds. The hotel was in a great location, not far from the Narita train station and the airport.

The smell of sewerage in the room where the bath is located. That is the only thing that could be faulted. Tea and coffee in the room would be nice.

Spacious rooms and lovely wooden bathtub.

Bathroom plumbing has not been designed well. All the water leaks out of the shower and floods the bathroom floor and is quiet dangerous as it gets close to power points and makes it inconvenient to use bathroom after as the water will not drain or go anywhere.

It is a place of quality: elegant interior, mixed between tradional and mordern style, peaceful neighbor and near the JR station which is straight to the airport (1,5km walking or 600 yen by taxi btw hotel and JR station). There is a traditional bath tub but I didn't have enough time to enjoy, as i ckecked in very late at night and left very early in the morning. The bathroom is really nice and clean.

It would be perfect if there is coffee stitck for free (like other hotel) 😉. But nothing to complain though.

the staff is so slow and they gave us a room that isn’t not prepared yet it’s very disappointing and the toilet and the bath is not so clean

it had a traditional bath and was super close to connivence stores plus the staff was super nice and helpful. I did my best to speak in Japanese and they seemed to understand.

the walk was pretty bad with all our suitcases but we managed. plus that’s not something they can help

difficult to find at night

Very new, quiet hotel, a short walk from a nice small town center with railway station and plenty of nice isakayas {bar-restaurants). The airconditioned room was comfortable with a lager bathroom with ajoining balcony mounted, deep, japanese-style, wooden bath. The hotel was a convenient 20 minute drive from Narita Airport.

Shower needed a better seal, below the door, to prevent wetting the bathroom floor. Bath water needed to be a little bit hotter in below zero weather. Everything else was great.
