I bought 3 bhk the room was ok but the problem.. very dirty both 2 bathroom thats the problem and the staff gone once u pay the payment, the can't supply proper drinking water when ever we ask..

السعر مقارنة بالخدمة المقدمة جدا مرتفع مماطلة و عدم استجابة لطلبات و حاجات العملاء ثلاثة ايام و نحن نطلب كيس قمامة و مناديل ورقية للحمامات ولم يتم احضارها انقطاع الانترنت بسبب عم تسديد الفاتورة، و عدم تصحيح المشكلة اللتي تجاوزت 24 ساعة و عدم الرد الا بعد محاولات كثيرة وعدة اتصالات من ارقام مختلفة و وعود بان يتم تصحيح الوضع خلال الساعات القادمة لمجرد كسب الوقت، علما ان المشكلة تحل بمجرد دفع الفاتورة استغرب كيف يقوم احد بتأجير عدة شقق و عدم تسديد فاتورة الانترنت

It was spacious. Right size for family of 6.

Gutter flies in the bathrooms. Too many everywhere in the bathroom. Certainly needs a deep cleaning.

Neat and clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, kitchen with necessities.

One of the bathrooms was extremely smelly throughout our stay. One of the three rooms cannot be used due to the upper floor AC dripping on top of the room AC, causing continuous noise; I cannot sleep in that room as this noise continues until the floor above occupants turn off the AC. There were hidden charges, i.e., charges mentioned on the booking.com website did match the amount the landlord wanted to charge me. I read the complete terms and conditions before I booked the property, and there were no such charges mentioned. I submitted the complaint to booking.com and paid only the amount mentioned on the booking.com site, but that required a lot of back and forth, which shouldn’t be the case as all the charges must be mentioned upfront and included in the total amount.

Apartment was really very comfortable clean and spacious.well decorated.super market is on walking distance.

The house was great and the proximity of mosques was also a +, further more the bus station to al haram was also beneficial. Overall this is worth it and would 100% go again

Lift is very conjusted.. There should be some individual who helps you in placing luggage 🧳 in apartment.. there is no helper for picking up a luggage upstairs.. Restaurants are not present in walking distance..

Entrance door of building is noisy and defected creating a lot of noise on entry it needs to be fixed. Living room sofas are damaged needs to be changed. Spoons n fork not available in the kitchen. Cleaning guy attitude is not professional and needs to be replaced. He came only once during 4 days stay to clean beside requesting again n again and at the end i need to complain. He cleaned carelessly and i have to stand beside him n tell him everything. Toiletries n bed sheets were not changed daily.

Excellent! Really nice location and the apartment was really nice. The apartment was very spacious. The communication from the host was brilliant. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

I love this apartment. It had three very spacious rooms as well as three bathrooms and a kitchen with a washing machine and a clean fridge. Everything was clean and the place was very comfortable. If I ever come back for a visit, I’ll definitely be booking at this place again. The fact that the masajid were close by was also very convenient!

The only thing I didn’t like was the smell of cigarettes that came from other apartments. The master bedroom would often smell like cigarettes whenever someone in the building was smoking. Myself and most of my family members have asthma so this wasn’t great for our health. I would suggest for there to be a no smoking in the building policy.

Far from masjid and address was not clear so drivers had difficulty finding it. We expected place to be cleaner but we had to do the cleaning and ask for new sheets etc

Even though new, clean and spacious, the Apartment was not ready for hosting guests, there is still construction work to be done. Very bare, electrical cables protruding from wall - unsafe. When we arrived, there was no hot water and they had to call a company to fix it. Also there was no soap/shampoo or toilet paper when we got in, towels were missing as well. We had to request all of that, which came later. The apartment is far from Masjid Nabawi, it does take more than 10 minutes to get to the Masjid Nabawi. Host was responsive, helpful and accommodating. The place has a great potential if properly finished and prepared for guests.
