This is not a Hotel. I was under the impression that but was a hotel. We had a terrible experience. We checked out early due to the following. We did not feel safe People were having illegal transactions in front of our faces in the Motel (pay for sex) we were modified. We did not feel safe. The beds were hard as rock, no soap, towels were mismatched. Staff was rude when we asked for soap. The entire place smelled like food was being cooked in a kitchen. I told the virtual kiosk attendant that we would like a refund on the second night. He told me to call booking.com about that. I can not and will not refer this place to anyone that breathes breath of life. Oh people were also smoking inside the hotel.

I liked how close it was to Truist Park.

The bathroom had no hand soap, a/c put out a funky smell, the sheets had yellow stains on them, the beds were uncomfortable, and the coffee machine didn’t work.

No blackout curtains on the windows in the rooms. I didn't understand why there was blackout curtains in the hallway but not in the rooms. So room was very bright in morning time. That was really disappointing to me. Every hotel I have every stayed at had blackout curtains

Room size was great.

Bathroom door was broken and didn't stay closed. There was an undisclosed $50 deposit at check in and check in was ALL done remotely. No front desk staff. The hallways SMELLED. Some parts smelled like fish, some had a curry smell. Further down it smelled like weed and cigarettes even though it's a non smoking place. No breakfast buffet as advertised, only some pathetic small pre wrapped muffins. Coffee not available until 630am. I can keep going but you get the idea. Beds were on but pillows were only pillows in the sense they had pillow cases on them. The wall socket over my bed didn't work to charge my phone so had to charge across the room.

The location was great. Close to the freeway access. Restaurants close by. The shower set up was a little off, but the shower itself with one of the best I’ve ever had in a motel. Great showerhead and a good flow of hot water,

In all fairness, the property staff was trying to be very helpful. They have a kiosk check in which I am not fond of but they did have a staff person in the lobby to help. I found out they had just taken over the property and unfortunately they were obviously cleaning up a big mess. They needed a lot of training and how to set up a room. The room phone would not call the front desk, you had to use a phone number on your receipt from check-in. I couldn’t find the hand soap until the next morning when I found it on the back of the toilet on top of the shower mat. Hand soap belongs on the sink. They didn’t have any cups in the bathroom. The biggest problem of all was even though we had a deluxe queen suite there was no coffee in the room and no coffee downstairs. When you have a motel with no coffee in the building, that kind of says it all they were trying the best they could, and they were very pleasant, but unfortunately, they did not have a lot to work with. The grab and go breakfast consisted of small muffins only and nothing else. No juice, coffee or even water. To their credit, they were very receptive to my suggestions, and even started implementing them before we left. they are really trying.

The rooms were decent as far as cleanliness. The bed was rock hard, however surprisingly slept very well.

Read bad reviews before hand but I kept an open mind. Drove thru Atlanta so it was easy access to get too. The parking lot is well lit. Sorta joked before hand about it being sketchy. Lo and behold we pull in and 2 police cars (4 patrol) in lobby. It appears they were evicting someone. Made our way to kiosk. New to this process. The girl was hard to hear so you have to ask a few times to repeat. You do pay a security deposit 50.00 and I was not sure how to process. Thankfully someone was there to assist. The elevators are dirty from walls to sticky substance on floor. Smelled a bit and you can tell they cover it up when you first walk in. Now, the rooms were nice, clean, bathroom and shower super nice. Perhaps they are renovating or should serious consider some new floors and paint job through out lobby. Do something with the elevator that was really bad. We left for dinner and when we arrived back 2 new cop cars. Walked in and saw a couple with small child. They appeared upset. My husband goes back down over an hour later to retrieve something from the car. He overhears they have no place to go. Broke my heart to hear that especially with a child. I just hope they found something in these difficult times. If you ask me would I return, probably not.

I like that the fact the rooms we fully clean and they had lots of towels in the restroom.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't serve breakfas or had fresh coffee set out for the morning.

There is no coffee maker anywhere in the building!!! The room was not super clean and had crumbling drywall around the windows.

It was a dope fien sitting in front of the hotel when I arrived and it was a girl dope sick in the lobby. The elevator was old and a mess…my room was on the 3rd floor when getting off the elevator it was a hole in the wall…..the room with okay… the bath towels had hair stuck in them from the previous guest….the shower had mold or some kind of debris in the corners….. the floors in the bathroom kept sticking to my shoes….. the mattress was memory foam and they were hard as bricks!!!! There was some black marks on the bed comforter which I didn’t care about because I slept in my clothes on top of a blanket I purchased from Walmart!!!!!

Restaurant at the Hotel .

Not a single thing! The check in was ridiculous. The room wasn't furnished as advertised and wasn't corrected as promised.

The front desk is a zoom call. They falsely advertised the room type which left 2 children sleeping on the floor. For some reason the smoke detector had been completely removed from the room and the exposed wires left hanging from the wall. There were 2 towels left for a room that was meant to sleep 8. How is that even supposed to work?? The photos submitted to booking were from the most flattering angles and definitely did not show actual room conditions.

Kind of hidden between 2 known hotels

No breakfast or snacks, just a basic, here's your room. Has a kitchen area, but it's bare, no plates, cups, glasses, utensils. Does have 24hr free coffee
