Overall this place was amazing! We went with a group of 16 and there was soooo much space for everyone. The location was great! The 10pm noise ordinance is strict, so take it inside after 10pm. I would definitley stay again

The home was beautiful, the elevator made taking luggage up to rooms a lot easier. The home had a few dings and scratches, but would definitely stay again…

Lovely home with modern decor and very comfy beds. Well-supplied kitchen with plenty of counter space. Quiet neighborhood with very nice, safe walk to the beach.

The home was way better in person than in pictures and we all enjoyed ourselves! We cant wait to stay again and highly recommend this home! Stunning! And the beds are very very comfortable!

This house is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures, but it’s even better in person. It was great seeing the exhaustion leave everyone’s faces when we walked in. It was replaced with relaxation and excitement for the weekend. Tony is very kind and responded quickly to any questions I had even weeks before check in. The beach is ~7 min walk from the house and it is gorgeous! I would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect to celebrate our wedding with my family. Every detail was covered. The TV near the pool was broken due to the storm but the property manager had it replaced within a few hours before the game started. We will be back next year!

Spacious Nice new house near the very nice Chaplin Park. Approx 10 minute walk to the beach. Neighborhood shuttle worked great and dropped you off right on the beach. You can also drop offf at the beach using your own car. Beach area was huge and mot crowded. Pool was perfect for young grandchildren. We had a great stay.

For a large group, the home provided plenty of space on ALL levels. The host was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

This property was amazing. The house is in tip top shape and stocked very well with basic cooking supplies. The pool and grill area is very comfortable for a nice grilling out afternoon. All 6 king bedrooms are perfect for couples and the bunkbed room is a great overflow for kids. The house came with beach chairs to use if you want to walk down to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again myself. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and the host was responsive and accommodating.

This property is absolutely stunning!!! If you are looking for a vacation property for a large group this is it! One huge plus for us it was handicap accessible. The elevator was perfect. The host were absolutely amazing and super accommodating. Not to mention communication was superb!!! The beach is only a small walk away. We are already looking into booking this property later in the year. This host and the property get a 10 out of 10 !!! Look no further!!!!

We had a great time in this beautiful and neat house. The owner is very thoughtful and everything is handy. I like every room has its own balcony and closet. Beds are big and comfortable. The kitchen has all the stuff you need, from utensils to baking pans. It has a huge refrigerator and two dish washers. This helps a lot because we are a big group. There are several different places you could choose for your “group” time. And more importantly the communication with the owner and the manager is very smooth. We will rent it again if we went to Hiltonhead again. Thank you for the wonderful memories.
