Great option in midtown. Would definitely stay again

Love the building's history. The heavy, gliding bathroom door needs a handle on both sides to make it easier to close and open.

Amazing me and my fiancee wanted to get away but had to work the staff and restaurant staff were outstanding

What a great place! A hidden gem to say the least. It was a beautiful room and very clean. The hotel is beautiful also.

Beautiful historical building! I felt safe and cozy! The room we got had access to the balcony with a gorgeous view. Overall the room was nice and comfortable. My favorite part is when you first walk into the hotel! The staircases inside are beautiful. The Star Lounge was a gem. Excellent bartenders and great atmosphere. Really enjoyed the breakfast too. I will definitely be booking again! The only negative thing I can say would be the parking. To me though, it’s not that big of a deal since it is midtown. Street parking is not an issue, just be sure to pay attention to the signs so you won’t get ticketed or leave any valuables in the car.

Place is cool it’s modern and historic blended together making it a great experience. Lots of things to do and see just a short walk I’ve lived I. Sacramento my whole life and this place is at the top of my list for places I’ve stayed at.

A very comfortable and relaxed hotel across from Sutter's Fort. The staff are pleasant and friendly and the Star Lounge was hopping. Highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and the room was clean and had nice bedding and a kitchen. Most of the staff including front desk, dinning and valets. My only issue was there is only street parking or valet($40) and the bar staff were very rude especially when you are a guest in the hotel. We asked for drinks to go back to our room since we were tired. Immediately met with attitude and rude body language which is very unprofessional. Just because of this we probably wouldn’t stay here again because

I love staying here when visiting my son who lives a few blocks away in midtown. The rooms are quiet, breakfast is good and happy hour is excellent. I love the restaurant area! So chic! The only negative thing I can think of is the steep $40/day parking fee. Do frequent guests get a discount?

Everything was new and modern. Staff was friendly and nice including the valet.

Staff was wonderful helping with myself and my husband’s emergency medical needs and helping with accommodations after my surgery as well as promptness getting my husband to the host

the area of the hotel was not good, it was very loud at night with people playing music till very late hours of 3-5 am. the parking was also an issue as they only offered valet parking for $40 per day but there is no parking lot in sight of where they would have the car. street parking is also not too good.

Staff is always nice and personable and the facilities are great. The bar is also wonderful.

It was wonderful! The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars across the board is because there was a giant block party/rave with really loud music until 11 right outside the hotel one night we were there. Totally not the hotel's fault at all, but that area is busy so keep that in mind if you plan on staying. 100% would recommend and definitely plan on staying there again.

Nice hotel

I didn't like the need for valet parking. This hotel doesn't have its own parking lot. Also the fire alarm went off at 10:20pm the first night (Sunday) and they still don't know why it went off. Not a good way to start my stay. Also the refrigerator was not cleaned out

A nice clean hotel. Breakfast was very good - pastries would have been a nice addition.

We went for a follow up appointment for my son at Shriners Hospital and wanted to get some rest but the noise was loud, there was a lot of yelling laughing banging on walls at around 3am.

We enjoyed the overall stay. Staff was very friendly. There was pet hair all over the furniture and floor. Room wasn’t vacuumed properly.

I have been a previous guest of the Hyatt House in Midtown and loved my stay enough to come back during my next business trip. This most recent stay left a lot to be desired. When first checking in, 4 other parties were waiting to be checked in with no one at the front desk for at least 15-20 minutes. Additionally, each time I passed through the lobby each front desk attendant either ignored their surroundings or was very unwelcoming. I had to cut my trip short due to a family emergency, and while already visibly stressed, there was a complete abandonment of assistance when I tried to check out early. Not trying to get a refund or anything, they refused to help and deferred me to the third-party provider I booked through. What was already a stressful time wasn't eased by the levels of customer service I received.

We were very impressed with the property right when we pulled up! It was old mixed with the new! A very unique place. We are definitely going to go back! Everyone was so nice and kind, especially Tanisha, she gave us great customer services.

this property was sooo charming!!! i enjoyed the stay so much!! the room was clean and spacious, and the staff were so pleasant!! the included breakfast was also a huge plus! i would definitely consider staying here again!

My usual hotel was sold out, so I took a chance at the Hyatt House. I am very happy I did. The hotel has a cool vibe to it and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect spot to crash after a good dinner and drinks. Cheers!

Nice place. Good location to where we were going that night but parking doesn’t accommodate trucks or large SUV’s. Would’ve been nice to know that before booking. Had to find random parking on the street and move it by 8:00am.

Parking (metered) across street, friendly staff, clean, reasonably good breakfast in morning included; bed was too soft.

Everything was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the barn door on the bathroom, which didn't dampen ANY noise at all from the rest of the room. Your staff was very nice though and were knowledgeable about the building and surrounding area, which was always a plus. We'd stay here again.

Never stay in room 201! Right by the elevators where some drunk ladies decided to have a very loud conversation at 1.30am and directly under the kitchen for the bar. Has to be the worst room in the whole hotel!

Great Staff, they had to change my room due to tv issues but the staff were great
