We stay there off peak and it was good value for money. Everything was provided and apartment was well furnished. Free parking available and good location at the centre of Tanah Rata

Clothes closet at one of the bedroom was locked and not available to use

Highly recommended. This place is awesome for a family of 4-5. It's located near lots of amenities (banks, restaurants, pharmacy, etc). There is a 'food court', 1-2 minutes from the apartment as well as various other restaurants in the 'mall' itself. The unit is on the 5th floor, and it's really really cold at night or early mornings. It's near various attractions, and around 10 - 15 mins to Brinchang, and around 20 - 25 mins to Kea Farms. The person in charge was so professional and guided us through our check in. The room was very clean and acceptable. Bonus features:- 1. The unit also has a Netflix account for guests which is a bonus!. 2. The water pressure was excellent! 3. Wifi was average, but doable. 4. The car park is near the elevator.

1. I Whatsapp-ed the person in charge of some of the very very minor issues I found. 2. The water heater is usable, but you need to give it time to heat up. 3. The closet in the 2nd room was locked, maybe they keep some equipment or something, but there is no place to hang or keep our clothes in the room. You would most likely have to share with the 1st bedroom.

The location was awesome ! Sitting at the center of Tanah Rata, walking distance to restaurant whether inside building or outside. Parking at the basement which is safe and have elevator to the room. Room was exceptional. Clean and complete facility. It has two bed which is king and queen. Also have microwave and fridge too. The best part is it has balcony direct to kids playground. Room also has ceiling fan if u feel hot which is impossible coz it is very cold ;) It also has netflix and wifi. Host was very friendly.

Water pressure was great but when you turn the heater on, you have to slow it down to get the hot water. Thats all

Everything was ok and good. Down got many shops so u dont have to worry on. Good facilities. Value on ur money. Behind room got playground good for ur kids. FREE PARKING at basement.

1. Do not put two moth ball in one toilet - too smelly (strong) 2. Need to upgrade water heater - i need to slow down water to get hot/warm water to shower. Otherwise, you shower in not so cold water.

The host met us at the agreed time to let us in the room, great service! We also got an extra pair of towels the second day, which was highly appreciated given the humid weather.

There was a particular smell that we encountered before in some places in Asia, not sure if it's something in the local cleaning products. Nothing major though, just a small detail.

The house was very comfortable & clean. The studio also very strategically located in the center of the city, there were lots of convenient store and restaurants.

suitable with little family specially 5@6 person, new style interior design,simple, clean, place in mall building, easy to find food and others neccesery, the important.. place are very safety, recommended for who wanna stay at Tanah Rata...parking car are available...staff very polite and responsibility..satisfied with price....will repeat again...🥰

Cockroach in the first room then we got another room which smelt like lemon toilet deodorant. Average working AC. Way too expensive for what you get.
