Hotel location is Convenient and nice staff

Its a small modern hotel and near to the TPE Main station. They have a self checkin and check out and looks like the hotel is just new. Room amenities are complete. We love our stay here even for a short time.

The room is very small but clean. Their service is great. If you want want to make some alternatives, they are not flexible at all.

Good location, with many food outlets nearby. A short walk from the Main train station. Staff were very helpful and patient.

The hotel experience was great!

Hotel is well kept and managed. Walking distance to Taipei Main Station. The only downside is the water rushing sound when other people shower or flush the toilet.

The location is nice , and price is very good deal. Just misunderstood that all room booking is including breakfast, but it's ok, lot of restaurants nearby. Since I have a booking in another agent , which confused the reservation a bit, the staff is very helpful to manage it before the arrival

The shower area is quite squashy. I feel the bath area should be used for shower instead if the space is limited.

No heating system in the winter. A common problem among most hotels in Taiwan. Everything else about this hotel was nice.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. The staff are so nice here!! The location is amazing but not too crowded, unlike Ximending, which is still walking distance. Lots of delicious foods within walking distance. Get breakfast and eat it next door at the 228 Peace Memorial Park. The rooms are small but comfortable. The beds were really nice and so was the water pressure. And there’s a bidet! The only con was bad sound proofing. People were talking in the hallway and we could hear when upstairs was showering and stuff. But we were still able to sleep well. Also it’s only a 10 minute walk from Taipei Main Station so it was easy to get here from the airport.

Nice place, close to everything, has electric toilet, not much else to comment. Satisfied.

Room with no window

Hotel and service were excellent during ky time there. Rooms were clean and promptly restocked when asked. Only concern is during check in, the staff explained the rules and regulations a little too quickly probably due to doing this far too many times

Everything was excellent except for the fan near the door of the guest room. It was noisy late at night when the environment was quiet.

Room is kind.of small and crowded without sofa hallway is not bright enough

Pros: - Modern features and aesthetics - Bed was quite comfortable - AC worked well - Bidet toilet was nice - Shower was great - Near the NTU Hospital MRT, which is very centrally located Cons: - The walls were very thin, you could hear conversations from other rooms, even with your TV on - When your neighbours turned on their showers, it was quite loud inside the room - Bedding was not changed out for days, the bed was only remade - despite having the room cleaned daily

Great location. Close to that Taipei main station and national taiwan university hospital subway station. Breakfast food items are nice. Staff are polite and helpful. Room is clean and in excellent condition.

Room was very small and comfortable, check out by 11am, late check out additional 400 per hour is high compared to other hotels in the area. Check in and out was really fast

Great location, a short walk from Taipei Main Station. Short walk from the metro system too. The bathroom is good, but with a somewhat unusual glass wall, instead of a solid one, to separate the bed and bath. Not a major issue, but could be awkward for some. But we ended up using this hotel twice while in Taiwan. Would use again!
