The air con.
The room wasn’t ready. Fridge and tv not working. No bedside tables or lamp. No light switches near bed, all by the entry . No toaster, no hairdryer, no saucepan .Dirty crockery hiding in the cupboard. Inadequate crockery, glasses and cutlery. No dish cloth, washing up liquid, scourers etc. slippery tiles in bathroom. Shower had no grab rail. No proper bath towel rail to dry towels. No hand towel. No replacement tea,coffee toiletries etc. no maid service offered. Parking a nightmare, especially on arrival as no map with directions. Our time was impaired and stressful by trying to fix things including a trip to Bunnings to purchase an aerial to access tv reception! The men at reception did their best to solve the problems. But the problems should have been fixed before we arrived!

The location is great. Lots of excellent Afghani restaurants.The manager was friendly and the car parking was convenient
The unit didn't look clean. The shower smelt and we chose not to use it. There were no glasses, very limited crockery and cookware. The manager did willingly bring up some more cups when we asked. The unit was quite noisy.

Location. That's all there is to like. Attempts to rectify issues, the lack of staff knowledge of the hospitality and accommodation industry and the lack of concern from management was both frustrating and concerning. Playing ignorance when I raise significant concern is not OK on any level
the lack of cleanliness. Staff ignored my requests for coming to check the significant lack of cleanliness on both occasions I stayed there, I did let the younger of the 2 male managers know that I would be leaving a review of the property and would hope that could have had my significant concerns attended to in a timely manner, and

we arrive fir accomidation on the 1st April, to be told that we couldn’t have our room due to forensic testing going on in room. they moved us to another accomidation , which was $200 dollars more , not happy at all

the very rude man on reception was very rude from the time I walked into the place. I had to pay a $200 bond which I wasn’t told about prior to arriving, no email sent or nothing on this site to say you had to pay. We had to get rid of our own rubbish from the rooms or we would have been charged. No milk for tea and coffee.

no coffee, dirty cupboards, no dishsoap, half a roll of toilet paper, no extra toilet paper, body wash in shower was half used, no milk for coffee, air con wasn't working, remote for tv wasn't working, the property has great bones though, and could be lovely, just not maintained.

Guy on reception not great, parking was not explained very well, i have a Ford sedan and luckily am an accomplished driver as 6 point turn to get into and out of car lift. needs to be explained better

Bed was not clean, hair and sweat marks on sheets/pillows from previous person. cups from previous person left in bathroom, toiletries provided were half used or empty from previous person, barely any toilet paper.

Hair throughout the beds, bathroom and floor. No bin in the room, not even a tea towel. Tv had a pixelated line through the middle of it. One bed had foundation and lipstick stains on it. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the lounge and hallway. Paid for parking and was told a spot on ground floor would be reserved due to having a larger car, got back late at night with no spot reserved and had to pay to park on the street, with not security around the car. To the hotels credit, we were reimbursed for that nights parking cost. Beds were like ironing boards. Dusty, rooms were very bare.
