We loved the property and our time in Costa Rica! There was plenty of room for our group. The walk to the beach was difficult but amazing once we were there. We enjoyed our evenings by the pool. The host recommended a great chef to us and we were thankful to have her for every evening meal.

We are a group of 7 seniors ( a family) in their 70s. The house is a great place for a group like us . It is fully equipped with good appliances and cooking equipment. We did not have a car, but were looked after by a taxi. Matt connected us with Cicere who was much more than a cab driver. He gave better prices on tours etc using his connections, got us entry into a sold-out activity and gave us advice in planning activities. I have come to appreciate why Matt has been so positively reviewed. Adriana and Matt were so involved in welcoming and making certain that would our needs were being met in settling in. Matt did have his challenge as there was a water issue in a bedroom. Matt was on it as soon he was aware of it, for which we were very thankful. Our only disappointment was that the challenge of accessing Playa La Macha was more than we were prepared for. We didn’t anticipate the “ elevation of 218 feet” intimidating. But reaching the beach after the road ended was too much for us

We were very happy with this home, we were a party of 4 and there was plenty of space for us for all, it is fully appointed with everything you need, and if you have a problem Matt will be right there to assist, we couldn't figure out the T.V. so I called Matt and he was there within 5 mins and got us on tract in no time, I can't say enough about Matt, he is really helpful, great guy, the pool was wonderful and was cleaned every morning at 8 A.M. This was a super find for us, we fished for 4 days and the marina was only a 10 min ride, one morning we had about 8 monkeys on the front balcony, Thanks, Matt

We had a great time staying at Casa Play La Mancha. The hosts were very patient will all my questions about directions and things to do. The property is close the beach and is well maintained. Highly recommend.

We have visited CR in the past and use VRBO a minimum of 3 times a year. This home and host were absolutely A+! The home is large and has everything you could need. The pool area was the best. Clean, large area that was great for relaxing. Shade and sun areas which was such a bonus. If you are looking for animals- this is your place. Monkeys, macaws, iguanas and toucans everyday! The home was clean, beautiful and had great areas for our family of five to each be alone if they wanted. Great WiFi, all the appliances you need, hot water, the list goes on… The home has access to a trail down to a beautiful secluded beach that our family enjoyed nearly everyday. The trek is not easy, but worth the 15 min to get there. Matt went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We have never had such a gracious host. Make sure you rent a car to get to see all that CR has to offer. You can Uber, but much more fun to drive and explore yourself. Matt, I can’t thank you enough. This was a difficult time in our families lives and this vacation was exactly what we needed.

This was a great place for our group of 11 to stay. The road to the house did need a 4x4 taxi to get to and from it, but most tours and taxis were very accommodating. If we ever had any questions or needs, the hosts were very helpful and timely. We loved using the pool in the heat of the afternoon and enjoyed the trek to and from the beach a couple mornings. We saw lots of wildlife right from the house and on our walks on the road. The town was a short ride in to be able to enjoy shops and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even had a private chef come in and had everything he needed. We had set up quite a few of our activities ahead of time, but the hosts were more than willing to help with any and all activities we were interested in. Thank you for the great first time in Costa Rica. We will always keep this location in mind when we come back.

We had such a great time. Our host was very responsive and gave us great tips. Close to Quepos and Manuel Antonio and lots of restaurants and events. House was beautiful and spacious with a great pool. Playa la Macha was beautiful. Very much as described. Would recommend to anyone

Omg is how I have to start the house is all that you see and more in the pictures. My family and I had the best time sitting on the ba lcony was adventure of a life time we sean and interact with the monkeys also got to see a hold family of howlers the macaw put a show on ever day a sloth and her baby,the beach my family love the walk to it .l could go on and on the house and all the wildlife it has was breathtaking. We will never rent anywhere but at the house in the jungle, and the owners of this amazing place is just as wonderful, thank you from all of us
