Staff are super friendly

pillows super uncomfortable, and there is a kitchenette with stove but no pots or utensils to cook with?

Great hotel overall. I used the gym once which is small but sufficient. The laundry room is accessible all day which cost only a few dollars. The room is clean and comes with everything you need - hairdryer, iron, safe box, etc.

The beds are too soft. I woke up every day with a back ache. It is the softest bed I've slept on in any hotel. The reception staff are not very friendly. They looked quite annoyed all the time.

Check-in was seemless. Reception staff were attentive and friendly. Helped to arrange on-site parking without any hassle. The room on level 5 was spotless and well appointed. The king bed was the most comfortable we have EVER experienced in a hotel! Huge TV on the wall and good space to unpack and hang garments. Kitchenette was a nice touch. Location was quiet and perfect for our sporting weekend at MSAC. Excellent value for money.

Bathroom, although adequate was very small. One adult at a time. Having a coffee pod machine is a great idea in the room, but no capsules (assume you need to buy/bring your own.

We liked jazz themed room, comfortable bed, quiet location even though it was busy St . Kilda street. We had a relaxing time.

We liked everything, maybe if private parking would be a bit cheaper…

A/c was not working on Day 1, asked them to resolve the issue. There was no resolution after reminding twice. On the last day, i had to switch rooms. That was disappointing.

Had to ask to have room cleaned - put my refresh sign out 4 days in a row without it being cleaned - one evening I emptied my bins and had to place bottles etc out in the corridor

Location great. peaceful, out of the CBD with easy access to the city. Trams very close!

Rooms could have been tidied up each day eg rubbish removed and bathroom tidied.

The staffs for room cleaning were polite and helpful.

The staffs in reception were not too helpful, the male staff mistakenly arranged a smaller room for me on the first day. I clarified that it shouldn’t be that room, he insisted, until I showed him the pictures of my reserved room in your webpage. And the prices of two rooms were obviously different.

Quiet ,very clean ,good size parking spaces, personable receptionist. Ice in freezer.

No fan in bathroom , no blockout curtains , no light blanket /supplied.. Parking fee expensive. Minimal cuterey ,no bottle opener ,microwave container .A few more bowls& plates , mugs vs very small cups .

There was hardly any kitchenware, the stove top didn’t heat up properly, the view was terrible, wasn’t even the room i booked for.. there was only 1 chair on the balcony and the walls were a bit dirty.

Everything was clean and new, there were very tasty mini-cakes in the room as a compliment, there was no additional charge for early check-in

It was not clear from the sign whether this was the hotel I was looking for, because the sign was different. It would be nice if laundry could be paid for with tokens rather than coins, since I had to go to the store to get $2 in coins and couldn't get coins at the front desk either.

The reception staff were very rude. Didn’t give me the correct room I had booked for and when i went down to sort the issue out and get the room I had paid and booked for it was even more rudeness.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good but not many choices. Kitchenette was handy too. Close to where we needed to go.

Room we were initially given was not what we booked but was rectified once we alerted them of this. We were give an option upon booking that we could have a 2pm check out but this was not allowed when we asked and were told 12pm was the latest. $40 a day for the car park was a bit expensive.
