Brilliant location just 3 minutes walk from ski bus and across the road from very good hire shop. Pre departures information re the property communicated succintly and clearly via email. Our flight was significantly delayed but the Hausmeister kindly let us in quite late which was very much appreciated! Bedding clean and beds comfortable, cozy warm apartment with well stocked kitchenette and bath. My 3rd time returning to these apartments. Cannot be beaten for price and location

We had a great stay and the housemeister was friendly and easy and talk to if you know German. There was mold in the bathroom so it was a bit too bad

My third time in this apartment. Perfect for a week skiing in Kaprun. Comfortable and central. Rade is an excellent host. Hope to be back next year.

Overall good experience

The accommodation was great, clean, warm and ab above all the housekeeper Rajko very additive and helpful. He would clean around the house the very next morning after snowfall. The most definitely ... I will come back. Regards, Srecko

Kaprun is so beautiful city and the nature around is stunning.

:) General good, not very expensive place, helpfull manager. But a little bit noisy neighbourhood (tourists).

We spent a week in this flat. I can't say something bad, because this studio is true to its price. Nice place, bus station, big bathroom and balcony . But one moment was not a pleasure. The manager doesn't speak English, it was a problem , i paid an Austrian tax for week for all family, but Kids under 15 years old will not have to pay the tax. I coudn't explain this, so I paid a tax for 9 years old daughter. Some problems was with bed linings, a pillowcases didnt fit a pillow. I took several from home, so i solved this problem. One thing is really need to be, it is a Standtrockner or Wäscheschirm. or something like this, it can be a rope in the bathroom.

We stay for the first time in 2012 in the same apartment from Kaprun. Then the apartment looks much better! On the other hand, the apartment was clean and warm. We believe, however, that a complete renovation of the apartment should be carried out.

Apartment has one room(with 3 separate beds), small kitchen(but well equipped), bathroom, and small entrance. It is clean and owner is really kind person. Unluckily it doesn't have TV and Wifi and there is only one wardrobe (it is too small for stuff of 3 people). Additionaly take your own towel. I really like closed private parking. What I really like was big balcony with side view on Kitzsteinhorn. Bed was comfortable. Assuming it is good apartment with really fair price

Mattresses need replacing could feel the springs. Thicker curtains needed see through ones not great when u r directly opposite a hotel. Extra duvet and pillows available but no linen for them. Self catering but no oven. Info pack would have been helpful. Not very cosy and dated decor everything tables lamps etc felt like someones left overs. Had a great holiday as snow fantastic but very disappointed with appartment. First time we have had to say this when staying in Austria. Our 6th time to Kaprun.

Stayed at the aparment for over a month, had a great stay in a great location. The Hausemeister was very helpful even though his lack of english. Would definitely stay here again. Great apartment for the price you pay.

It is bad

" This was our second year in this great little apartment. It is perfect for us, a family of 4. You are at the right end of town, 5 mins drive up to the gondola, decent supermarket 2 mins away and tasty traditional Austrian restaurant just behind the apartment. My children love Kaprun as there are some extra things to do after a days skiing. Relax in the spa or speed downhill in the toboggan ride. . "

The property is basic but what would one expect for the money. It as everything you need for a self catering holiday with supermarkets close by. There are several exceptional restaurants within walking distance for those who perfer to eat out. The ski bus stop is 100metres away at the most, this services all the ski slopes in Kaprun and Zell Am See

Great flat in a superb location just in walking distance of Kaprun. Very clean and well kept! Would recommend the Pizza restaurant underneath the block!

We thought Kaprun was great fun for skiers. We found the holiday home comfortable and we would recommend it. It was handy for local restaurants The holiday home was located close to all the necessary facilities including the bus stop. We skied in the slopes in the village as well as the nearby Glacier, which was accessible by bus. In the evening we either stayed in the holiday apartment or visited one of the local bars or restaurants. There was a great atmosphere.

We really enjoyed the apartment in Kaprun. The most we enjoyed was that it was all so very cozy. It's a small apartment, but we enjoyed sleeping all in the living room together. It was nice that the kitchen was seperate. And we enjoyed taking a bath after skiiing. The balcony is big, unfortunately we didn't had any sun, but otherwise I think it would be great sitting there. The parking space downstairs was very convenient, although we never found the skibox in the cellar were we could leave our skies after a day skiing. But leaving them in the car was fine as well. The pistes in Zell am See were great. I would recommend people with little children to find a skiclass there. Because we brought our son to his skiclass on the Lechnerberg and we had to go, after that, to Kaprun or to Zell am See. The citycentre is a 5-7 min. walk from the apartment. But there's a lot to do. We would recommend this apartment to our family, but they have to keep in mind that skiclasses can best be taken in Zell am See.

Hallo, We really enjoyed our staying in Kaprun We loved everything there, the area, the appartment, cosy and clean, the great view, the possibility of skiing for everibody, beginners and advanced and Tauern SPA. The price was also very good. Thank you very much!

Good value for money, do not expect luxury. Resonable size falt, good fitted kitchen. Easy accsess to local amenities, public transport. Kaprun is a nice and tidy place. Short distance to the nearest glacier - about 10 min. by bus. Good budged accomodation.

Our family visited Karum in early December 2010 We had nice winter scenery outside and cosy accommodation. Kitchen was well fitted, good size room. Walking distance to local amenities. Public transport to local ski lifts - about 50 m. To the nearest glacier it is only 10 minutes by bus./free/ Kaprun is a nice and tidy place with austrian character. Good accommodation for resonable price.

We found the property ideally located for our skiing holiday in Kaprun. In fact it is in a great location. It was close to all amenities, and the nearby bus stop gave easy access to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier.  This was very useful as it was late in the season.  we found the holiday apartment very clean and comfortable and good value for our short stay. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the village in the evening were there were plenty of restaurants.

We really enjoyed our staying this apartment in Kaprun. All guests can enjoy the beautiful scenery in the daytime and the bars and restaurants at night. It was well located, next to the bus stop and walking distance from the village centre. We look forward to visiting again at some point. There is a very friendly atmosphere is with great views.

 We spent a wonderful week on holiday at this accommodation.  We found the self catering apartment was very clean and it had  everything we need for our holiday.  It was useful to have the Billa supermarket so near.  There is plenty to do in the village in the evening so you shouldn't get bored. We also enjoyed the balcony with its views of the mountains.   

I thoroughly enjoyed running on the roads near the apartment each morning. The roads were flat but the views of mountains were great. It was great fun enjoying a cup of tea on the balcony. We took the opportunity to take the round trip by boat on Lake Zell which was great value for money. This was recommended by the owners. We were entertained by the Bike Infection mountain bike races that took place in the village when we stayed. They are brave boys. The flat had everything we need for our summer holiday. We would like to go again

We enjoyed sitting the balcony and we really enjoyed the views. We were lucky to stay in this apartment close to the heart of the village. We were close to the supermarket and the bus stop. We mainly walked in the mountains around Kaprun. We enjoyed the Guggenbichl restaurant on one of the walks around the village. It had a large terrace with great views over the Kaprun Valley including the lake in the distance. Even though this was a studio flat it had everything we needed.
