Un peu bruyant pour les chambres qui donnent sur le boulevard, mais très supportable au vu de l’ensemble impeccable des prestations.

Lekker ontbijt , gezellig restaurant en superzicht op het terras van de poolbar. Zeer behulpzaam aan het onthaal bij oa het bestellen van een taxi.

Waterafvoer van lavabootje was lichtjes verstopt. Heb een kluisje gemist.

好像是跟学生公寓在一块儿的,所有设施也会跟学生公寓一样,有洗衣房乒乓桌卡拉ok房自习区, 生活挺便利的,酒店位置也不错. 晚上可以上楼顶的天台看看翡冷翠的夜景. 前台非常热情友好, 房间也不错, 干净且标准.

可惜由于是入住前一晚,才定的,性价比有点低. 而且里面太复杂了很难才找到我的房间和一些设施

Das Social Hub Florence Lavagnini ist sehr gut gelegen. Man fahrt 9 Station von Airport für nur €1,70 zur Unterkunft. Das Ambiente und die Stimmung ist sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig ausgelegt. Nach nur ca 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg ist man im Herzen von Florenz und auf dem Weg dorthin kommt man an vielen kleinen Restaurants vorbei.

Personale molto disponibile, vicinissimo al centro e alla stazione entrambi raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Molti spazi comuni carini e giovanili. Colazione commerciale tipica di questi alberghi, nulla di eccezionale, quindi, ma passabile. Le stanze sono davvero piccole, un letto, una miniscrivania da gnomo, e un appendiabito con 4 stampelle(per fortuna ero li solo per un giorno). Nella mia stanza non c'era il frigobar, ma, in parte compensava la presenza di una caffettiera nespresso e una teiera, anche se con 30 gradi fuori, un frigo sarebbe gradito. Bagno di dimensioni ragionevoli. Sicuramente il prezzo non vale la camera, ma gli spazi comuni lo compensano in parte, se sfruttati.

The staffs in reception are very nice. The baggage can be stored in the reception. The construction of transport round the hotel may influence the walk, but no noise when sleeping. the view of roof bar is impressed. Besides, there are a lot of delicious foods around the hotel waiting you guys to discover.

The property has all of the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. The rooftop, restaurant and laundry facilities are great. Please note you have to pre-book the pool area 24hrs in advance and can only use it for a maximum of two hours per day, unless they extend this at their discretion.

Difficult during summer when you can only use the pool for 2hrs per day via a booking system.

I have stayed in their brand of hotels in other cities This one is very new and has a more luxurious feel to it.

Basically, I felt that there was a perfunctory approach to Asian customers. Maybe it's because of Italy's historical attitude towards Asian immigrants, we've been treated as if we've been treated perfunctorily. I ordered an extra breakfast for my husband and paid for it, but you were so negligent that we kept having to go to the counter to reconfirm it, but we were treated as if we were customers who wanted to get a bargain. The next day we were asked to go to the counter to confirm, but at first the counter asked us to pay in a very perfunctory manner, I stated again that I had paid and after confirming, it happened again on the third day, again as if we were Asian customers looking for a bargain. This attitude is very unacceptable!

The hotel is very nice and "cool". The rooftop has a great bar with swimmingpool and amazing view Most of the guests are really young, but the place is really quiet

The room is really small, but the bathroom is ok. The price is really too high for this type of hotel Parking a car is not easy

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and the hotel had great atmosphere. The facilities were beyond amazing, especially the rooftop pool and gym. The views from either of those spots can't be beat.

The rooms were not that big and lacked places to put clothes or other things.

The hotel, room, and facilities exceeded expectations. It feels like an upmarket hostel. The rooftop bar and pool lounge area offer stunning views of the city. The staff were super friendly and helped book us taxis to the airport.

There was no drinking water in the gym

Poor customer service. We were provided with a room that had issues with the lighting - flicking on and off and was quite intrusive. We asked if it could be looked at and were told it couldn’t be fixed, period. We then asked if it was possible to change rooms. Staff seemed very apathetic and we were put in a much smaller room, the bed was pushed up against a wall without a lamp or bedside table on one side and we could barely walk around the room after bringing in our 2x luggage. For a couple this is just not good enough given the price point. The amenities seem nice but our experience has been tainted by service we’ve received.

the hotel layout is confusing and requires a lot of changes for the elevators. the lobby and rooftop can sometimes be quite loud. the rooms are quite small and cramped with the he lights and a/c not always working 100%

Good hostel with lots of activities, free laundry, a nespresso machine and great WiFi.

The location is far from the train station and not easy to traverse with luggage. Later we learned how to take a tram and that made it faster - something they should mention on the website. It's also a very long walk to the points of interest in Florence.

I liked the rooftop bar with great views over Florence; the facilities of the hotel, plenty of common areas where you can chill out, both indoors and outdoors; everything is modern and trendy; great modern bathroom; 15 min walk to the centre of Florence so potentially you can just walk everywhere.

I spent 4 nights in the Executive King Room and there was only one open wardrobe with a hanging bar but no shelves, so in the end I didn't even unpack my suitcase as there was no space to put my clothes. There were a couple of shelves in the room but they were used for decorations, snacks and a coffee machine. The room overlooked a trafficked street so if you open the window it's very noisy (OK with closed window) but I think it very much depends on which room you are assigned as some face the inner courtyard which is quieter; some surfaces in the room were a bit dusty (not sure they get cleaned regularly) but the bathroom is properly cleaned.

Quite dusty shelves, kettle, nightstand, etc. Old stains on the bed frame and on the carpet. Room was a bit smaller than I expected but still OK. All in all not bad but not sure if it's worth the price...
