友善的員工，舒適的住宿環境。
早餐的品質尚可加強，服務人員很熱忱但專業度待加強。（如餐盤收的太快，尚未結束旱餐，已換了3個位置）

空港から近くロケーションは良い。
朝食の麺も美味しかった。
2日目に交換してもらったシーツが少し臭かった。
自分はそれほど気にならなかったが、敷地内か隣接のクラブの音が深夜までうるさかった。

The hotel is nice and it offers amazing value for money. The breakfast was good, with international options. The staff was friendly, and I really have to give a special mention to a really tall girl (don't know her name) working at the hotel, she's always smiling and sending out good vibes. Surely be back the next time I will be in SZ.
Maybe the gym facility... although it is quite nice and accessible 24h, let's just say the treadmill was not the most stable I ever encountered. Aside from this, nothing relevant here.
