We enjoyed our stay, the house was nice and had nice furniture and was furnished with beach room themed. We had a dinner party for our friends and invited several friends that live in Bozeman. 12 people for dinner. The dish washer was broken when we arrived on Sunday.?Tried to run it on Monday, again on Tuesday. Notified host. Had party on Thursday and we had to wash all the dishes and pans by hand. . Never was corrected. Recycle bin was overflowing when we arrived no scheduled pickup while we were there. Unable to recycle numerous plastic and glass items.

Our family came from Texas, California, and Indiana. The house was perfect! The location was great, the beds were comfortable and having access to a washer and dryer was great. There were even toys for the children to play with. We will definitely try to go again. We loved Montana and want to explore more!

We chose the property for proximity to our daughter’s apartment and could not believe how wonderful the location was to everything. Trails, dog park, grocery store(s). Hands down the best experience!

House was exactly as described in listing and very comfortable for our group of 5 with our dog. Location was terrific, very convenient for everything. House backs up to a large field to take the dog out, and there is a park just at the end of the block with a nice walking path, dog park, pond with dog park access also. <60 minute drive to Big Sky and 30 minutes or less to Bridger - we skied both. Space was very comfortable for our adult and young adult group. Plenty of seating at the table and in the family room for eating, board games and movies. House was clean with all items/appliances in working order. Very pleased with the accommodations and communication, would definitely stay here again if traveling with our dog and planning to ski both mountains.

7 of us stayed in the house for during a local hockey tournament. Everything was perfect, location, space. We even had some dogs, they loved it too.

My extended family and I had a great and comfortable stay in the house. The beds were comfortable and it was well stocked with necessities. We did lots of cooking in the kitchen and it was also well stocked. We enjoyed the view of the field at the back of the house. This was actually our second time staying in the same house, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks!

This was the 3rd time we have rented this property & really enjoy the house - the space, the layout, the kitchen amenities, & garage. The access code didn't work & it took a while before someone could correct it & get the house open for us. There was not ample toilet paper or Kleenex for our 4 day stay but property management was quick to bring more. Two years ago when we stayed here the master bed was a bit uncomfortable. This stay the mattress is more lumpy & uncomfortable. It was difficult to get good rest. Time to upgrade to a new mattress. All of these were minor inconveniences & we will rent this property again. Thank you.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house is lovely. It was clean, comfortable and well decorated. It truly was stocked with everything we could ever need. We can’t wait to return soon! There was some confusion about the entry code. However, the management team was polite and helpful in troubleshooting solutions, even at a late hour. Their help was much appreciated. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

VRBO listing said the unit has air conditioning. It did not. Paid over $1000 mire compared to other listings to get the A /C despite the fact that the unit only had two baths versus four in the other options. Otherwise the unit worked fine. Convenient location to town.

The location was great for a short drive downtown. The neighborhood was very quiet and there is also an open field behind the house. We appreciated the use of the garage as we were in town for my daughter's wedding and had gifts we could leave in the car safely overnight. We had a great weekend and enjoyed this property during our downtime.

The house could be a great property, but it had some issues like a clogged sink and nonfunctional windows. We had to prompt the mgr for check in and check out info. She didn’t respond to emails or texts- only phone calls. We had no info about the property or check out procedures in a promised 3-ring binder that was nonexistent. Won’t book again.

Stayed here for our wedding in Big Sky with some of my family, some of my spouses family, and a couple friends (there was 9 of us in total). There was plenty of room in my opinion. We had two friends share the room with the bunk beds/single beds. One family member on the pull out chair (which was actually comfortable!), and one friend on the couch while the rest of us had the bedrooms with pretty comfy beds! Overall cleanliness of the place was great! Quiet location and quick access to Bozeman and the highway to go to Big Sky. We were shocked how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking utensils. We had a great stay, and memories were definitely made.

We all gathered to celebrate my daughter's wedding. She lived in
Belgrade, the wedding was at Four Corners and the reception was at MSU. This house was in the middle of it all and we could not have been happier. My 85 year-old mother-in-law stayed on the first floor. My daughter, her husband and 3 kids stayed on the second floor with us. The kids went right upstairs on arrival and found a box of toys in their closet! Great time, lots of meals around the big table with family and their friends. Would highly recommend this house.

This property is perfect if you have small children. The toys and close proximity to parks was a huge hit with our family. The central location made it super easy to get to all the activities we had planned too. Highly recommend.

We were overall very pleased with our stay. The house was very well stocked with towels, kitchen items, etc. We didn’t have to run out and buy anything but our food. I do wish the living area was bigger which was something I couldn’t determine in the pictures. The dining table was in the kitchen and the living room on the small size for a large group.
The location was perfect to walk to the dog park but I wish the backyard had been fenced for our dogs.
The only real downside was the trash that had not been removed from the garage. The very large trash can in the garage was completely full on our arrival.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would come back but with a smaller group.

Very nice, we’ll laid out house in Bozeman. Plenty of room for all. It was well located for us. Groceries very near and just a quick drive to downtown Bozeman. The nearby park was very nice for a walk or run and the dog park was perfect to let the dogs loose to play. Baseball fields adjacent to the house made for a very open feeling and provided some entertainment when there was an occasional game.

Stayed additional days from original plan due to car troubles, found this home. Taylor was excellent to work with and helped facilitate getting us in early due to car trouble scenario, really appreciated. Home as advertised; clean, very well equipped, plenty of room and beds, garage access was nice, great porch and back yard views, grill and more. Great location with easy access to Bozeman establishments and more. Will do this place again for sure. Thanks!

We did not end up staying in this house specifically, as there was an HVAC issue and the property manager needed to move us to a different location. It was in the same neighborhood and overall the house was nice. However, we did have a few specific challenges with it.
1) the mattresses were very poor quality
2) the toilets were draining slowly, I texted the property manager to ask where a plunger was, never got a reply
3) the internet was very questionable, couldn't even get a chromecast to connect
4) the dishwasher stopped working completely, texted the property manager and got no reply, called her and she said someone would be coming to fix it the next day, no one ever showed up. We had 6 adults staying and were making 2-3 meals a day, we didn't exactly sign up to be washing dishes our entire vacation so that was frustrating.

The size & layout of the house was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked (sans a vegetable peeler) for cooking meals for college students. We enjoyed the board games that were there. Overall, a pleasant stay & we look forward to our return next month. Go Bobcats!

Loved walking by the ponds and the outside area was nice and open by the ballpark. Great space for a long weekend for our group of 7. Kitchen nicely equipped, grilled dinners outside. Also close drive to downtown. Enjoyed our stay!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and we shared this house with another family. The house was clean and we had plenty of room. And it was in an excellent location, close to the fields and shopping and dining. We would definitely stay here again if in Bozeman.

We had a full house for this stay and the size of the home was great! plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. The back yard was to a little baseball field that the kids loved to play at!! The home does not have A/C but we were able to open up the house at night and use the fans that were in the house to cool it off.

Our wrestling team stayed here for a team camp held in Bozeman. The house was in a great location, close to grocery store, school, parks. The kids loved the pond close by.
