cleaning was not clean, always has a smell

Very good Location, clean room and bed as well as the lobby. Comfortable bed and efficient aircon. Helpful reception. Daily housekeeping.

Too small in size, both room and the toilet. I would not say it is value for money. As the hotel charge was quite high. The sound proofing was very bad. Most of the staff at the reception were helpful except one or two rude persons.

Location was nice you can find places where to eat Whampoa food market, and restaurants in balestier are everywhere there is a convenient store atm machine in the perimeter completely safe and silent neighborhood, Michelle and other staff are nice.

Stayed in same room from my last year trip. The water tap isn't fixed yet from last year.

The room was too small and crump The wall is with dust and Ants crawling around

The room hd youtube on the TV, which was nice because most of the channels were local.

The overall quality of the rooms. I understand that it was cheap but maybe the rooms could be a bit better. The toilets and the showers were also a bit cramped and did not have enough soap and shampoo for the 2 of us.
