10/20/23 stay. Let me start by saying we will definitely be staying here again. The Drawing Room is in a perfect location. Close to everything. You can walk everywhere. Close to a Kroger and all the sights and restaurants in Savannah. There is ample parking in the street and a spot in the back of the house. The house was clean and welcoming. The one thing that was not working well was the washing machine and dryer. Quite enclosed porch in the back of the house. Very accommodating with an early check in. Thank you Lucky Savannah. We will be back!

We had the best time visiting Savannah and staying in this home that was very close to the historic homes and Forsythe Park. This home was so pleasant to return to each day after hours of walking. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils for preparing our meals. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. There was a neighbor who had parked in the designated parking spot out back, but that was resolved quickly by the manager of the property. Also, there were no hairdryers, but we were able to borrow one from a family friend. I'm sure the property manager would have provided that too if we asked. Overall it was a very positive experience!

We live in Savannah and had family coming in from Boston and Honolulu. This rental was perfect for us in terms of location, size, and comfort. Loved the huge kitchen/ dining room. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. I will rent it again!

I booked this property for my husband, dad, & two boys (9 & 15) for their annual summer trip & what a perfect space for everyone to spread out!! The beds were comfy, location was fantastic, and my 9 yo said the loft was “amazing”!! They marveled over the bathroom with just a sink and my dad particularly loved the screened in porch. Most important to me was the customer service we received from the girls at LUCKY SAVANNAH!! They ROCK!!! My husband did mention that the parking spot out back was taken??? But they were always able to snag one out front. We will definitely return:)

The home was decorated wonderfully and had lots of personality. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, living room was very nicely decorated the couch was comfy. Loved the tall ceilings and screened in porch. Upstairs was a wonderful reading area on the second floor and the loft was a great touch although the circular stairs were a bit intimidating to the loft.

Was very pleased with our choice of places to stay. Somewhat disappointing with the bathrooms. I thought it would be a full bath but was only a half and had signs of a shower at one time and now has shower pipeline capped off. Upstairs had a working shower in the master bedroom and the third bathroom had a tube but the shower had been capped off in it, too. So the three of us had to use one shower in the master bedroom. Maybe the owner might consider upgrading the upstairs bathroom that has the tub in it with a working shower. Plumbing seems to be still there to accommodate this upgrade. The home was a wonderful stay except for the shower.

Our stay was wonderful. Check in process and management were great and easy. The outside space was very nice to relax. Location is a little bit of a walk to the main downtown area so ended up ubering quite a bit but definitely walkable (20-30 min).

The rental was clean and smelled clean. Very spacious. We found the bed very comfortable. Really enjoyed the screened in porch!
