Everything was just great!

This condo has the most perfect location to the pool or beach. We will definitely book again for next summer.

Great property on the beach

We have three children with us ages 9,3, and 1. The bottom unit was close to the pool and beach access which was so convenient for us to go in and out as needed. Hearing the ocean from the screened in patio was lovely but waking up for a quick walk to catch the sunrise each morning was definitely the best part of it all. Condo was clean, and roomy for all of us. Will definitely be going back, we were so sad to leave!

Spent a week at this property with my 13, 15 and two 18 year olds for spring break. The condo had everything we needed including a lot of extras. There were a lot of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, boogie boards and a beach wagon to haul it all. The sun porch was perfection with a lot of seating. Everything seemed brand new including the bedding and towels. There was a lot of seating and the tv and wifi were great. There were games and books and plenty of hangers in the closets. The appliances were solid too. The property was beautiful. Plenty of parking and the pools were exceptionally clean and deep, which my kids liked. There were outside bathrooms and plenty of seating with both loungers and tables with umbrellas. The beach was very accessible but you did need a code to access through a locked gate!! At low tide the beach is HUGE!! Very sandy and clean. We had an amazing week and would definitely stay here again.

Bad bed , tv sucks

Vacasa says that they have local agents if help is needed. When we called with a problem or question, they either gave us the wrong information or knew nothing about the specific property we had rented. The things they neglected to inform us of were: the correct combination to enter the unit, a parking pass was necessary, and a code was needed to use the beach gate The major misinformation about the property was that it was listed as having a hot tub....there was not and had never been a hot tub! Linens were substandard and the kitchen was very sparsely stocked. The pictures on the website were very deceiving with the rooms much smaller than depicted. This rental experience was a complete fail. The only saving grace was the location.......which even Vacasa couldn't ruin!

5 female friends staying for a weeklong vacation. Everything was perfect. We would definitely stay again.
