The hotel sits on Lake Luzern and has gorgeous views. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast every morning was a delight. It is very charming.

It needs some updating and fixing up. Nothing horrible but little things that would make a big difference. One example, being able to open the windows and keep them open. Also the Rollladen would not stay down. Would be helpful to have a mini-fridge in the room.

The location of the hotel is perfect with lake views. The staff were helpful and friendly and accommodated us when we asked to change rooms to one nearer the lake. Breakfast was fine and the special dinner we had for Swiss National Day was very good. Our bed was large and very comfortable.

Das Frühstücksbuffet: ordentlich, die Lage des Frühstücksraums (Halbrunde Panoramaverglasung mit Blick auf See und Berge) sehr schön, die unmittelbare Nähe von Bahnhof der Rigi-Bahn, Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt und Badegelegenheit komfortabel, der unmittelbare Zugang zur großen Terrasse höchst angenehm.

Lärm am frühen Morgen durch Rangiertätigkeit und andere Arbeiten im Bahnhof der Rigi-Bahn. Nur wenige Parkplätze, so dass man entweder das Freiwerden eines Parkplatzes abpassen oder die teuren öffentlichen Parkplätze in Anspruch nehmen muss. Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers unterdurchschnittlich. Zu wenig Abstell-, Lagerungs- und Aufhängemöglichkeiten. Keine Garderobe. Der kleine Tisch, auf dem auch noch das TV-Gerät steht, bietet kaum Platz zum Schreiben. Am ärgerlichsten: die Sonnenschirme auf der Terrasse passen nicht in die Ständerrohre.

Die tolle Lage direkt am See und direkt neben der Zahnradbahn auf die Rigi war das Haus gelegen. Ein Wiederkommen ist sehr wahrscheinlich. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit

Lage, Terrasse, Schönes Zimmer mit antiken Möbeln, Sicht auf den See und Berge vom Zimmer wie vom Frühstücksraum. Einfaches check-in und check-out. Freundliches Petsonal.

Nur wenige Parkplätze vor Ort. (Gebührenpflichtig Parkhaus in der Nähe). Einfaches Frühstück mit potenzial nach oben.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is in an excellent location right on the lake and right next door to the Rigi rail and tourist information. Breakfast was very enjoyable as well.

The staff was super welcoming and always eager to answer questions and give tips. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and is perfectly located (next to the lake, to the boat and train station and has parking possibilities). It also has a nice restaurant (with a cool terrace on the lake).

The breakfast was a bit simple but I guess ok for a 3* :)

Beautiful location and classic hotel run by young enthusiasts. We will stay again
