My family plus my extended family (Aunts, Uncles, Grandmom) stayed in this house for UK graduation. It was perfect. Well stocked and impeccably clean. And when I had questions, they could not have been more responsive. Highly recommend.

The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The listing said hot tub and the photo shows a pool, but it had neither. Nevertheless our stay was good.

This is a great location to enjoy a weekend in Lexington. The house is very clean and plenty of room for 8 people. It is well equipped with everything you would want in your own home. Nice quiet neighbourhood and enjoyed the fire pit in the spacious backyard.

My family and I stayed here for a Lexington getaway weekend. The location is ideal. Centrally located to Keeneland, the airport, downtown Lexington, numerous horse farms and bourbon trail distilleries. Our host was very responsive and accommodating for any needs, wanting to ensure we’d have a 5-star experience. Initially, there was a mistake in the listing, which he promptly rectified and compensated us for. The house was comfortable and stocked with plenty of linens. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property is in a nice neighborhood, close to shopping, dining, and local attractions. We were meeting family for Christmas and the host did an excellent job of setting up a beautiful Christmas tree and having it decorated before we arrived. The house is neat and clean, with plenty of seating for our family. Bedrooms are very nicely decorated, clean, with comfortable beds. There are accommodations for the children, such as a high chair, a pack n play, play mats, infant bath tub, dinner ware for children, etc. we couldn’t have ask for better accommodations to spend our holiday! Great job!

Property was wonderful! Extremely clean and well equipped! Property manager is really nice and easy to get in touch with and answered all of my questions in a speedy manner. Commute to the horse park was really quick!

Of all the vacation rentals we've stayed at, this place felt the most like home. And with 10 adults there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean, in a great location for the places we wanted to visit and super easy check-in/check-out. Although Jeremy was out of town and in a different time zone there was no issue with communication. And happily offered recommendations for places to go/things to do. Our group agreed we would recommend this house to anyone and would gladly reserve it again in future. And for anyone staying at this house in future, make time during your stay to visit and see the Keeneland Race Track!

Cute yet very spacious and very well furnished house located in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner is very responsive and quickly addresses anything needed. Would definitely stay again at this property or any property owned by Jeremy.

This was a perfect house for a group of 7 of us that were in Lexington to do the Bourbon Trail. House was very clean,well decorated, and had everything that you would need. Jeremy was a great host who provided good communication and was very responsive to any question that we had. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for house in the Lexington area! We will be back!

Well equipped, great location, nice, quiet neighborhood! Responsive host! Our group enjoyed this property. Great for relaxing and kicking back after seeing Lexington & some distilleries! If in Lexington again with a group, would definitely stay here again..
