You hear the neighbors but for the rest everything was great

I had a small ground floor single room just behind reception and opposite the lifts so at times it was noisy with people coming and going, doors banging and loud talking.

Location is great! Clean rooms and very friendly owners/staff.

Rooms on the ground level can be a bit noisy when people are walking by the sidewalk or when people come in/out of the hostel.

I enjoyed my room. it was comfortable enough for a solo traveler as it was a private single room. It did the trick of me being able to comfortably keep my belongings while being able to travel around and sight see in the city of Barcelona. I liked how the property was close to the metro and easy to walk too and from. This helped me avoid having to take the taxi and I was able to travel around the city comfortably. The room was clean, my bathroom was clean and provided toiletries. The owner at the front desk was very nice and was able to be easily reached at all times and answered all my questions and accommodations.

It would have be nice to have the bathrooms inside of the room rather than outside, but I knew beforehand it would be an external bathroom.

Extremely clean place and rooms, staff was super helpful and friendly. Located in between 2 metro stations which is very to get to and from the city centre.

There are many cafes around and it was easy to have breakfast. The accommodation was clean with air-conditioning. Although the bathroom was outside the room, it was for my private use. The service was good.

It is about a 10 minute walk from the metro, but it is a slope and a bit tiring to lug your luggage.

Hotel is small and old but everything is ok, because we felt so satisfaced with host. she can understand English and she help us for calling to a taxi. and she allow us to take shower after check out because that day was so hot one of summer day!

You have to walk like 8 blocks from the nearest metro station. But that was ok. Good cost benefit

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We booked this hotel last minute because our previous accommodation cancelled our booking without us noticing. They were very prompt, and the check-in went without any issues. The room and toilet were very clean, and they even lent us a charger for our phones during our stay. For this price we had no complaints - some hostels (which offer 8-bed or more rooms) which are closer to the beach charge more than this! We were mostly out visiting the city during the day, so for us this hotel met all our requirements. We even had a fridge to store food for breakbast or brunch. Would definitely recommend for (young) people who travel in groups of 3.

The AC in our room didn't seem to have been cleaned in a long time. No biggie or us, but would not recommend for someone sensitive to dust. When we switched the settings to silent, a lot of dusty bits fell from the AC

Very clean and comfortable room, very helpful staff, great location, close to Sagrada Familia. Late check in possible and also leaving our luggage after check out, while we visited the Sagrada Familia. Staff speaks English and French.

Good place for a short stay, especially for those travelers who want to explore the city by public transport (the nearest underground station is located just round the corner). Very nice and clean, close to the local shops and restaurants. The staff was really helpful and answered all questions I had. Highly recommended!

A welcoming reception in a good and quiet neighbourhood. It's very close to a metro making it easy to get to the main tourist attractions around the Gothic area. A walk is also very doable in the cooler part of the day. The room was on the smaller size but fine and had a bar fridge which was great. Air-conditioning worked well. The mattress was very soft (personal preference issue). Good value for money considering high prices in Barcelona in general. I would stay there again.
