My family and I loved the time we spent at this location. There was so much to do either at the location or nearby there was little need to venture far, thanks for the wonderful stay.

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. The cabin was everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the cabin made it easy to have time together playing games and enjoying the week. The sand bottom on the lake made for a great place for the kids to swim and enjoy the outdoors.

We had a wonderful time staying at Lakeside Sand Beach House. The owners had everything well stocked from the house to the yard to the lake. Great location being close to Nisswa and Brainerd. Beautiful view of the lake from the fire pit to watch the sunset, see the stars and listen to the loons.

We had a really great time staying here. The house was decorated beautifully and the large kitchen and living area was a plus! We enjoyed playing games at the dinner table along with utilizing the game room as well!

A great place for gathering of friends for a long fishing weekend. Communication was great and very accommodating host.
The lay out is perfect for a diverse group - The game room is perfect for relaxing in after a day on the water/ice and allows those that want to stay up later a place without interfering with those that want to go to bed.
We filled every bed in the place and everyone thought they were very comfortable.
The kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation and serving. The entire house was spotless and the lounge areas very comfortable.
Will definitely be checking for this place again when visiting the area with a larger group.

This was a great place for a few families with kids to get away for a weekend! We loved playing games out in the big yard, enjoying hours and hours of a campfire with all their generous wood and curling up on their ample furniture to watch some movies!

We found this amazing place to have a family get together. We were there in October so we really enjoyed how large the yard was between the lake and the house. The kids explored the woods, ran and roasted marshmallows with sticks from the forest (like we did when we were kids). Turns out, we didn't need to do that as the hosts had provided metal ones for us. This was the case with everything we could have needed that weekend. The indoor space handled us so well. The beds were clean, crisp and comfortable. No one wanted to leave. Love love loved it. PS, my Dad thinks the main floor couch is the best ever. Thank you!

I barely ever leave reviews on sites but this location deserves it. Stocked on many items that other places don’t normally have, communication is usually within an hour, and they let us check in early and check out late free of charge. I would totally stay here again. Super clean, all king beds, and lots of things to do out side!! Our kids loved it!

Mark and Andrea were amazing hosts. Their property is beautiful. We had 3 toddlers with us and they loved the small sand area as well as getting down in the water.

We loved the clean, spacious cabin. It was great to be able to have all 13 of us eat together and be able to stay in the same place, with plenty of room for privacy and alone time when needed. There were a lot of water and land toys to keep the adults and children busy.

Not what it looked like in the listing, plus additional faults. Sugar sand beach: not true. There was some sand, but 10 feet of mud and muck to get to water, which also was not suitable for anything at all. Don't get the idea this is a lakefront property, it's not. 100 yards at least to dock, then it's still a mess. Golf cart? Good luck, not covered by insurance, may not allow. Malfunctioning refrigerator-freezer is inexcusable. Plenty of bugs, primarily spiders. There is no surrounding community, or alternative entertainment. Cannot recommend a stay here.

My wife and I along with our three children, their spouses and four grandchildren had plenty of space and comfort. The amenities were terrific. We loved the lake which was clean, not busy and provided great fishing. Also, rented the pontoon boat which was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The house was very clean and cozy! At one point I stated "it doesn't seem like everyone is here" (we had a group of 14 adults) and that's because there are multiple areas to spread out. We loved the back deck and views of the lake.
The water isn't very deep near the dock, about waist height- we didn't have any children with us but it would be the perfect area for kids to swim/play.
Super easy access into the property and great communication.

Me and my friends stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful and had so many nice accommodations! They also had paddle boards and even let us rent their pontoon to use too! The beach is super shallow so we could hang out in the water all day! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy the Minnesota Lakes!

Wonderful house able to accommodate all of us, from 9 years old to teenagers to grandparents. Lots of space to spread out or to be together, We had lots of fun playing in the lake and playing games indoors. It was a great opportunity to connect with our children and grandkids.

We loved our stay at this beautifully renovated home. It has everything you need from coffee pods and teas, cookware, top-of-the-line appliances, linens, etc. There are 3 bathrooms with showers, super-comfortable beds, beach towels-pretty much anything you would need. There is even a pontoon boat on the property, which was super convenient!!
We had a small issue with the pontoon and the owner, Mark, drove 2 1/2 hrs so he could remedy the situation! Mark and his wife are wonderful to work with.
The house is also conveniently located near Nisswa, which is a great little town. If you like to bike, the trail is easily accessed. We love this area!!
