Front desk staff and concierge were awesome. Room carpets were dirty, beds not very comfortable and hallways dark.

When we arrived there were so many people staying at the hotel that going in and out of the building was a chore in itself. However when the crowd dissipated since they went on to wherever they were supposed to go, things did get toned down by a lot. Though the staff was beyond professional and services were exceeded expectations, the building and the rooms are quite dated. The air conditioning in our room didn't effectively work cool us down.

An outdated hotel that used to be Movenpick but run down and falling apart. Staff are lovely and trying everything to keep it going until much required renovation is due on the whole place. However, this does not help when you just want a clean room to relax and you have to change room twice due to uncleanliness. One of the rooms smelt damp and next morning, I woke up with a cough. I looked behind bed and there was damp and mild growing on the carpet. Breakfast was lovely and staff are trying extremely hard to go out of their way to please you. Same with front desk staff, all lovely people. Hotel is in very good location to mosque and shops. Also not far from the Quba walkway. The price has to reflect the Hotel condition.

Very nice hope affordable especially on this time of the year in Ramadan where everything else is so expensive. The hotel is nice a little bit old fashion furniture but very clean. 15 mins walk from masjid and from shopping, otherwise the staff’s is very kind and helpful/ Nothin to complain about. I spend 5 days and really enjoyed it!

Pros: Hotel is at the front side of Roza (gate 365). From where you access Riaz Ul Jannah, his blessed Roza, and Jannat ul Baqi. Within minutes of walking you will be standing in front of the Green Dome. Cons: Hotel itself is quite dated and requires major renovation. This also impacts level of cleanliness despite efforts from cleaning staff. I also noticed that other IHG properties clean your room everyday and make sure there are towels etc. which was not the case here. Front staff was very friendly and prompt to address our requests.

The hotel was good. Not too much staff around. Easy to walk to the Masjid. Sahoor food was delicious with a wide variety of options. The rugs need cleaning

Iwe stayed for five days. I hope management keeps the property maintained and up to date. we absolutely loved breakfast. server staff Irfan Haider, Barkat, Hammad were so efficient and welcoming. we preferred our breakfast here over Hilton in Mecca. We will definitely stay here next time.

The Service wasnt great in this hotel, Upon arriving with my family our luggage was all sent in to my sisters room. I contacted Reception who said they was too busy to send someone to help move the luggage in to my room, which in the end i had to move it myself. The breakfast wasnt explained where it was or the times. I just think this hotel lacked customer service and it was evident that if you needed help they was not willing to help. The Housekeepers on the other hand were friendly and polite and said hello everytime.

The cleaning and food staff were nice and but the receptionist were rude and very unprofessional, I had an issue with extending my time I was willing to pay extra or get a new room but receptionist dismissed me without even me finishing he was like you gotta clear the room we have guest coming and after I told him I’ll book a new room and paid almost 200 dollars he gave me the same room but earlier he told me I can’t extend because room is booked for another customer. The manager was completely useless I shared my concern and complain without understanding my side he kinda sided his employees. Definitely won’t recommend anyone only because of the staff behavior , they were treating me like I was tryna stay for free.

excellent service

The location is very good. Staff is very helpful, co operative and fluent in English. Rooms are spacious clean and well furnished. Mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. Washrooms are clean with all amenities. Its only five minutes walk from the Holy mosque. Would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

Breakfast service was the best and one of the guy Mr Barkat did an excellent service and job
