The property didn't meet the expectations.....they charged around 7k per day..... actual worth was not even 1k.....and the room view was a wall.....the picture provided are very misleading........

Friendly Staff, Pool, room and resort facilities and amenities.

Room I stayed could have been managed/cleaned better. 1. We could see young molds due to dampness on the room ceiling. Since we spent less time in the room and only spent time for sleeping, this did not bother us. But people with allergies or who are sensitive to fungi can fall sick, if the currently visible molds are not addressed on time. 2. Construction/Repair work during day time was being undertaken and not informing guests about the activity or temporary discomfort due the sounds or machinery being used during this time was not pre-informed. Hosts/Staff assuming guests are not staying in the room during the day time, is not the best reasoning to be given to a guest. 3. Food quality was not to our liking, however we preferred the local chicken gravy, Rasam and chili pickle (not spicy at all and a good worthy recommendation as it as a locally prepared at the site), quantity was sufficient. 4. No secure parking for Car(s) as of this update, apparently they are working on it. 5. The Property is placed on the highway (Madikeri-Sullia-Puttur). Not too much traffic on this highway, however we could hear the odd trucks/traffic on the road. Maybe re-work on the sound-proofing, since the traffic noise will tend to disturb light sleepers during the night. 6. Room prices are too high, compared to a proper resort with lot more options.

The breakfast variety was great. The staff were kind and really helpful. Being a new facility the rooms and the common area were clean and neatly maintained.

Email communication is poor. When asked a question in email, I haven’t received answers till date, so was confused if my booking is confirmed or not.
