Cleanliness of the room

When we arrived to the hotel, they told us that there was a balance due which we paid in cash, and stupid us didn't get a receipt. Came home to find they also charged our credit card. When trying to contact them they never responded. Make sure to always get a receipt.

Located at a nice Canyon

Basic interior, not very cosy. No towel in the kitchen. But there is everything there you need for basic cooking. Hat to pull all plugs in the bedroom. There were so many lights on devices it was too bright to be able to sleep. Some service guy dropped in our bedroom without even knocking from the outside door. Breakfast was poor. Slow service and delivery of food. Finding salt for the eggs took 5 minutes.

Fantastic views, comfortable rooms , good toiletries, and very good water pressure in the bathrooms. We requested for late check out and were offered that. Dinner options seemed limited and slightly pricey. Breakfast is fresh and tasty but takes a bit of time. Great coffee but that's what you expect here in Boquete. Small and cute swimming pool. Staff were courteous and friendly.

Restaurant dinner choices could be increased.

This hotel is fantastic, the view is phenomenal. It gives me chill to stay in this place for good. We love the atmosphere, the breakfast is delicious which I can’t find in the US. The breakfast not only good but the ambiance of your surroundings make us feels stay longer. Will definitely be back here again soon and stay here longer if possible. I can’t describe the good feelings of being in this hotel.

The home we stayed in was adequate and clean.

The owners of the home should certainly put a king bed in at least one of the rooms. all the beds were very small and even the master bedroom had an unusually small feeling queen or double bed.

The Hacienda is located in one of the most quiet places in Boquete. It has breathtaking views and exceptional food. The staff is very welcoming and willing to help you in your stay. I LOVED THE PLACE and I will definitely come back.

The one thing I realize is that they take too long to prepare breakfast, it was me and my husband and they took more than 20 min to prepare our breakfast. I have to make clear that there was nobody else waiting for a breakfast.

I love the hotel, is really beautiful and has a great view. Also the food is good and has good drinks. Boquete also has plenty of activities to do.

The villa was good, it did not exceed our expectations, has plenty of space but the yard was so simple, also the bed was not confortable at all.

The hotel's included breakfast was excellent--fresh fruit, yoghurt, granola, eggs and breads were all included. We also ate some dinners at the hotel. The food was very good.

Food and coffee bar were exceptional, the fruit plate during breakfast was amazing! We enjoyed coffee experience with Gustavo, the barista

Music was too loud during the evening , this could be replaced with softer or more family like music with less volume

Noticed cobwebs on staircase railings. Ourroom was not clean. No attention paid to any cleaning details- dust on doors and edges of bed and tables. The mattress needed to be replaced very saggy. Nothing exceptional about food and by the time it was served it was not very warm
