Mehmet Abi wir vermissen dich! Anfangs gab es Probleme mit unserem eigentlich gebuchten Zimmer. Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, weil unser gebuchtes schon vergeben war. Positiv anzumerken ist, dass Sie sich bemüht haben das Problem zu beseitigen und uns für die Überbrückung ein teureres Zimmer plus gratis Essen gegeben haben. Direkt am ersten Abend haben wir den lieben Mehmet kennengelernt und er war uns direkt mit seiner herzlichen Art und Weise sympathisch. Zimmer waren sauber und die Anlage gepflegt. Man muss einige Treppen laufen (kommt darauf an welche Zimmer man hat), aber dass war ja zum Glück vorher schon bekannt. Frühstück war kompakt und lecker. Generell wurde sich immer bemüht den Wünschen nachzugehen. Mehmet Abi seni seviyoruz <3

Badezimmer war etwas zu klein, aber es kommt auf das Zimmer an. Duschkopf wäre mir fast gegen mein Kopf gefallen, müsste mal bitte befestigt werden.

Modern small hotel. Staff in the restaurant were lovely.

It was really out of the way on a very busy road. Dogs constantly barking next door, asked for a quieter room but it came with an additional charge. Onsite restaurant which had basic food but expensive. You need a taxi if you want to eat elsewhere. Quoted 35euros one way to the airport when it was only 400TL by taxi!

Vlekken op handdoeken, douche verstopt, op loopafstand in de omgeving is er niets te beleven. Veel blaffende honden in de nacht. Ontbijt was niet zo.

Large comfortable room, very clean, helpful staff, free parking, very handy for the airport (easy 15 minute drive away). Good to meet Mehmet, the very likeable bar/restaurant manager who can speak 8 languages.

Alle mitarbeitern waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sehr sauber.

Die Lage ist nicht soo gut, neben des Hotels ist ein Tierklinik und eine Landstrasse die laut waren.

We stayed only one night and chose this hotel because it was close to the airport.

The windows of the room overlooked the very busy road and there was a night club very close so all night he heard cars and very load music. I guess we were put in that room only because of one night stay. No way to spend the whole holiday like that.

it was cleaned and near to beach and lara shopping Bazar. The staff was very friendly and helpful,especially Mehmet ,all the kitchen staff and receptionists have been very helpful.

Breakfast could be better,could be more items included like everyday same breakfast is boring for kids.

We stayed for one night, and the experience was overall good. The staff was very helpful, the room was spacious enough.

- very noisy, next to a main road, very poor sound isolation, bring your ear plugs - ad says “beachfront”, reality: beach 3km away -Airport pick up 30€ vs Uber real price 10€ - very poor breakfast - room is humid, hard to ventilate, we had to keep our room doors open sometimes. Stinky bathroom, sewage smell

The facilities were very good and the staff were very nice.

Only thing was the dog barking other than that perfect.

Close to the airport

The bed is very small. The apartments are new but it feels very sterile and cold. The window blinds are white and very see-through.I would not stay here again

Very small rooms and poor quality. The concierge guy is extremely rude! They do not show you any respect or common courtesy as a hotel guest! The breakfast is awful as well! Overpriced and extremely poor quality!

The team and employees were very nice, Ms. Darya at reception desk was very helpful and cooperative, she provided a lot of information and services to us to make the stay smooth.

I understand this hotel is new but I really feel it opened up for bookings before it was ready. I rarely give feedback but need to point this out for other visitors an parents with kids - - The breakfast choice is limited an not described beforehand - It is served per table so it’s quite slow an seems they are short staffed - a buffet would be better - The rooms are very small - I accidentally booked a budget double room. Again the wording confused us they upgraded us to a premier apartment - we paid a hefty amount. This apartment had no black put blinds not even thick curtains, so my baby was finessing it hard to stay asleep after sunrise, she cut her foot on something. When we jus moved in so it was left behind by previous owners. The cot was very dirty. We had to ask for a kettle a few times there was no hot water in the kitchen sink or the bathroom sink an the water pressure was really bad. No mugs, barely any cutlery - the basics is usually provided in apartments. Esp if you’re advertising as premier. - we also upgraded my sister an mums room - asked for an extra single bed the mattress was really bad she returned it. We should get some compensation for all of this really. - the hotel said I could pay for hotel transfer at the hotel - but the driver stopped midway asking to fill his petrol an said we could pay him directly this wasn’t made clear an made us uncomfortable. As he didn’t speak english. That’s just a few of the things that made our stay very difficult especially with a baby.

I came to this beautiful hotel to relax, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Additionally, having such friendly staff made me very happy. I sincerely thank each and every one of them.

I really liked the style and decoration of this hotel. The constant smiles on the faces of the staff members impressed me a lot. Therefore, it was impossible not to leave here happy. Moreover, they are very meticulous about cleanliness. I didn't have any problems at all.

The time I spent at the pool was extremely enjoyable. Additionally, while you're here, you must try Mehmet Bey's lemonade. I would like to thank all the staff for their attention and dedication. Thanks to them, I had an unforgettable experience.

Very friendly staff, super clean hotel, food was really good. Special mention to “mehmut” a true gentleman, looked after me every evening whilst dining and gave great advice on the local area. Nothing was to much trouble for him.

If I was to say a negative, it would be dogs barking next door.(obviously nothing to do with the hotel itself)Other than that I couldn’t fault my stay.
