We were greeted with a personalized goodie bag and got a room on 3rd floor. Room on small side but that didn’t bother us. The decor and amenities in room (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, no safe though) we’re tasteful. I’ll give props on the comfort of mattress, pillows and bedding - very comfortable. Nice sink and mirror in bathroom. Walk in shower door needed adjustment as it didn’t stay closed. Breakfast in am was ok. What really brings on such a low rating is that the hallway of the hotel and our room were unbelievably damp resulting in sn old wet carpet or mop stench. Even our bedding and clothing felt damp to the touch. We tried to negotiate our way to cancel our 2nd night reservation at 10 am same day but it was denied. We decided to tough it out. Upon return at the end of the day, a housekeeper appeared and asked us if we wanted her to Febreeze the room. Uh no. A spray can mask the smell but not deal with the mouldy humid smell. Upon check out, front desk just said sorry about your experience.

It was very clean and very nice room. The only problem was the bathroom smelled like weed!! And the ac Unit was falling apart. The small of weed was probably the worst thing!!!

Parking lot was well lit, felt safe leaving my motorcycle. Staff was very professional and friendly.

This hotel was good value for the money. The hotel staff was very accommodating due to a loud tv next door. The new room was perfect till the morning. The noice level from guests was very high.

Dirty shower and bathroom are unacceptable. Pink-tinged serratia-ridden shower was clearly not cleaned regularly, and I was so disgusted I went to the store, picked up clorox spray and scrub brush and cleaned it myself, which worked immediately. Floors of the hallways had obvious debris, contributing to a disturbing sense of lack of cleanliness. I would definitely not stay here again

Only complaint. Coffee from coffee machine is Horrible. Go back to more conventional coffee serving equipment. Otherwise, very nice staff, excellent room, very clean and was very quiet. ( I can always get coffee somewhere else) :)

The room was so small we could barely move around. There a two double beds which don’t fit the room very well. One bed pretty much blocks half of the air conditioning unit. You can barely walk between the2 beds and the metal bed frames stick out so much that we both have bruises from running into it. This room (117) is definitely not worth $192 we paid.

Everything was very clean, with good breakfast options and a kind staff.

Great room for an affordable price

Noticed that the sink was not draining well -so took the plug off and pulled a whole wack of hair out. Now the drain does what its supposed to. Room is small but sufficient.. Bed was very comfortable- breakfast was great.. no ice or vending machine in hotel.

The man at the front desk was very nice. The room itself was kind of gross. There was hair in the shower, dirt in the shower and sink. The room smelled and had spills all over the countertop.

Restful stay for a quick overnight pause in a long drive. Helpful and kind staff!

Rooms are small but have everything you need. Clean. Lanscaping could use some upkeep.

The rooms were decent but on the small side, the front entrance foyer needs cleaning and maintenance. The elevator landings and hallways need to be cleaned/vacuumed. The continental breakfast was decent.

Stayed for one night. Queen bed was actually a double. The room was pretty small but it was sufficiently layed out and was manageable for a one night stay. The shower was not very clean, had orange build up around the bottom areas and dirt marks on the walls. The staff we encountered were polite and friendly.
